Sites N Stores enabled us to create a tailored website, complete with request a quote functionality, for a fraction of the cost of other providers. Technical support is always on hand to assist in any way which we really appreciate.
There has been a few delays with starting up my business with circumstances outside of my control and Sites n Stores has been most helpful with providing the support with fees and charges that reflect this delay in the start up date of my business. Their phone support has been most helpful as well with regular contact with them to see how things are going. I'm still quite impressed with the website they have designed for me. Sites n Stores are a good company to deal with.
Now they have the Lounge service the response has been very good and cooperative. You need to be on their latest platform though to make it work well for you and then the return on investment is very good.
Thank you to Tim who followed up and corrected a problem with the emails. He was very helpful, pleasant and sorted the problem quickly. A great result!

I had a website with them from 2009, in 2014 I ceased using the website and requested that the service be cancelled. They didn’t cancel the service and continued to bill me. I had requested the cancellation on a number of occasions over the last 3 years. They continue to say there’s no records of this request - despite the website no longer active. It’s 2018 and they are still taking almost $100 out of my account every month. Never use these guys. An absolute horror story.
