Sites and Stores are very easy to deal with. Nothing is a problem for them. It was super easy to upgrade our website to a shop. We have numerous products all with individual pricing and photos and Sites and Stores were more than happy to set it all up for us saving us weeks and weeks of administration time if we did it ourselves. Even their aftercare has been great! We had a couple of teething problems once we went live and it was fixed immediately. It’s also fantastic to deal with people who are local.
