You have the worst support! I've been waiting for weeks to get an answer from the support team and when they respond on my mail, the answer was not helpful.

The team at sites and stores are always professional and very patient when dealing with them and nothing ever seems to be a problem and that runs through the entire business and is consistent with everyone in their business. I have just dealt with GUS in the production area and I found him to be of the highest calibre, just loved his personable, polite and very positive character and again consistent with my experiences throughout the organisation.

Such a dodgy company. They refuse to cancel my website with them and continue withdrawing funds from my account. Definitely dont recommend them. They do not return the endless messages ive left by both phone and email. They increased pricing by 50% without reason and promised to return back to original price but never did.

I stopped using this company years ago because they are basically useless. I realized a couple of months ago that I am still getting direct debited money out of my account. I tried contacting them but it keeps going to the 'overflow line'. No one returns my calls, I will be taking this matter further.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Gus in particular has been so patient with me and guided me through each step, so thankful to him and sites and stores for they have made a difficult process for me, easy. Thank you sites and stores for still being and Australian owned company, that’s based right here in Melbourne. Keep up the great work, that you do.

Worst service ever, quick to take your money. When you want to cancel the service, you need make 100s of calls and emails, and they still take money out of your account. I would Never use their service again Or recommend them.

Sites n stores have been very supportive provide regular feedback and information that I need. The add words campaign has been exremely successful in achieving the goals that was set out earlier this year 2018.

Usually I would give them a one star but I got someone extremely helpful today so if it was about his service then Jay would get 5 stars. Because it’s about the actual business.all I can say is I’ve had the misfortune of having my site with them for 8 or 9 years & if I had the time I’d change in a heartbeat. Out of all the times I’ve called Jay has been the only one to follow through and he actually helped, he went beyond he’s job description and couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you Jay

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Website was terrible and service even worse! Good luck getting through to an actual person that works at the company you will get a call centre. Please do not trust this company it is a waste of money I canceled my website and services 18 months ago and they have continued to take money out of our account for the entire period and refuse to give us back this money! They are con artists.

So so disgusting - Ive asked the to shut down my account, and they are still continuing to keep it open and take money from my account. I have had so many issues with sites n stores over the last few months - money taken out of my account when it should not have been and staff not returning calls - always happy to take money out but not refund money that should not have been taken out! They are just a scam!

It was fun doing business with Sites and Store's. You showed me enthusiasm when I needed it and patiences when I was learning something new. Thank you.

I have had my website with Sites n Stores for a few years and found the experience of creating and maintaining the website a positive one. Managing my own content was both convenient and simple.

Terrible service.every time I check my website it is down and when they eventually call back always a different excuse why its not working.take larger and different sums of money out of your a/c in irregularly amounts without an explanation.called today and was advised by messaging service and told don't expect a call back today even though today is not a public holiday or the weekend
