Great Phone Experience today, had all our questions answered.
Only suggestion we have that if any team members try to call us but have to leave a message, it would be helpful for them to specify the reason for their call.

We’ve been with Sites n Stores for almost 5 years. They’re a fantastic team. They give us great support and even help with ideas to increase traffic to our site. They’re very responsive, always on hand to help out. I highly recommend them, do yourself a favour and have a chat with one of their team. You won’t regret it.

I had an urgent request to update content on my site n stores hosted company web site. As I was unfamiliar with web administration and the use of the CMS admin to edit my site. I reached out via the Site n Stores support chat in the Lounge area of their Site. Once I entered some details the chat said that wait could be upto 30 min which was good because i wasnt kept waiting at the console. Ben responded and as hadnt returned to the chat he emailed me the response and details to access the CMS. As I was unfamiliar with the CMS i requested assistance and had a phone call from TIm who was leaving for the day and stayed back to assist in updating the site for me. After I was satified with the changes he advised that Site n Stores would be in contact to offer training on the CMS website admin to so I could make changes in the future.
What great service. I havent had this urgent level of response for a support request without purchasing an SLA. Great job guys and thanks for staying overtime to assist
