I’ve been having my lashes done for more than two years. The South Yarra Simply Brows & Lashes ladies do a consistently great job. It took a few visits before I arrived at the length that I was happy with; don’t hesitate to experiment a bit if you’re new to getting extensions. Also do your research. Your real lashes have a short life-cycle and will continue to fall out, it’s normal. There’s a difference between the extensions falling off and your natural lashes falling out, along with the extension. Follow the instructions about caring for your lashes. I’ve not once had my lash extensions fall off or fall out before I’d expect them to.
More recently I’ve started having threading and getting my brows shaped and a henna dye. I can’t believe I didn’t try this years ago. Again, fantastic job, my brows are tidy, shaped and defined so much better than I could ever do. The ladies are very skilled at threading for removing facial hair, it’s the best method I’ve tried. I always book online weeks in advance and I’ve never had a problem, you have to plan ahead. Simply Brows & Lashes is rightfully very popular. There are many reasons why they book out while other grooming places are empty. You’re never too old to get lash extensions or brow shaping or threading! It’s really given me a boost and saves me so much time and bother, thanks to the always excellent service and the lovely skilled staff.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eyebrows! I would definitely recommend seeing Rohini - she is always so lovely, such a perfectionist and always does an amazing job with my tint and threading!

Had a very negative experience while getting my lashes done here. The aesthetician went to the bathroom (which is right next to the table) and flushed the toilet and immediately opened the door afterwards. She definitely did NOT wash her hands. You can imagine my horror at the thought of someone touching my eyes and lashes without washing their hands. This is BASIC hygiene and no excuse.

I emailed Simply Brows & Lashes to let them know I was disappointed in the service I was receiving (all my lashes were falling out within two weeks and every time the service felt quite rushed) AND about the hand washing incident.

Their response was that I was wrong and all their aestheticians wash their hands but that was simply not the case in this incident. She didn't have the time to. I was there, they weren't. She didn't wash her hands. This is a fact.

I'm extremely frustrated by this customer service and that they allowed this to happen with no follow up. I had asked to have a manager contact me and they never did so am resorting to a review. I didn't want anything other than knowing that they would take the right steps for when they are clearly in the wrong.

I cannot recommend anyone go here.
