I got my lashes lifted and tinted here a month or so ago. I chose this salon precisely because they had so many positive reviews! My lash lift was a little disappointing to say the least - I did not have much of a curl or lift for that matter. At the time, I was only a little dismayed. However, when I came home and had a closer look - I noticed some lashes were not curled at all and stuck out straight, while others were clumped together and there were gaps in my lash line. I contacted the salon via email to ask if they could rectify this but received no reply. So I instead contacted the salon I usually visit (I know, stupid mistake, why did I ever think trying a new place would be a good idea) and they had a look at my lashes and recommended I wait six weeks before doing another lift and tint. I just had my service there and the difference was night and day! Don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews.

This was my first time attending this beauty salon and I will definitely come back next time!

Simply Brows & Lashes is amazing! The staff are very friendly & helpful. If you need an appointment they always try to fit you in. If - in rare circumstances- you aren't happy with your treatment they are very accommodating & happy to fix asap. They have great specials. I have been going here for years & can't fault them! They are amazing!

I went here for years, so spent a lot of dollars with them. Very high staff turnover, never a consistent service for brows or lashes, even by the same staff. It's a lot of money if the results are sub-optimal. Lots of options in South Yarra. I felt foolish for not changing much sooner. Thank goodness I found Lash Design. Now I never feel disappointed, always feel fab, always look great. Definitely need to shop around when you're not happy!

I went into Simply Brows and Lashes Salon on High st Northcote and it was honestly one of the best things I could ever do for myself, the ladies there were so accommodating, kind and professional and I couldn’t recommend this salon more! My lash lift and tint has opened up my eyes so much and made my face a lot brighter and my brow lamination has framed my face so well.

I had my appointment with Mani today for a lash lift and eyebrow tint + eye brow lamination.
She did an amazing job, she was very polite and made sure I was feeling comfortable at all times during the process.she also explained to me what she was doing whilst doing it which I appreciated! Highly recommend Simply Brows and Lashes:)

First time visiting SBL South Yarra today for a brow tidy and laminate - was also my first time having my brows laminated. I let my specialist know this and asked for her advice and she explained the process and gave me her opinions on what would suit me. She threaded my brows super quick and painlessly, and stopped throughout the process to show me and see what I thought. All in all it was a wonderful experience! I wish I could remember her name because she was great!

I was seen by Lily for my first set of lashes after my long break! I was unsure and nervous as I hadn't had them for so long but Lily was so professional, kind, patient and went through all my options and process for me in detail! They ended up being just PERFECT, full, fluffy yet so natural! I also usually get some stinging pain afterward but I didn't even feel them! It's been 4 weeks now and they still look amazing! I don't know how she does it:)
Will eagerly return to see Lily!

I had an appointment for a lash lift and tint with Yen this week and can hand on heart say it was THE BEST lash tint and lift I have ever had!

The result was/is incredible! I am honestly so happy.

She was so lovely prior, during and post appointment too – always checking in to make sure I was feeling okay and talking to me step by step, informing me of what she was doing.

I will 100% be rebooking with her!

Rohini was amazing, she helped my brows go from cousins twice removed to twins. She was really patient and talked me through every step of the way and checked if I was happy with the shape before taking more hairs off. Love them now!

Rohini always knows how to transform my eyebrows, I’m always walking out the door very happy with them. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a brow transformation or even just a clean up of the brows.

Warm and inviting place, staff are super friendly and experienced. I'm normally scared of lash lifts as I've had some painful ones in the past but Lin was so gentle I barely felt a thing! Definitely coming back!

Lily is the best technician! I’ve had extensions for a long time and I have been to numerous places. My ‚real eyelashes have never been so strong and full since having Lilly as my technician. She is also very gentle.

I’ve never had my lashes done before after seeing a friend’s horror story. So I looked up different reviews and had seen how many recommendations came for Lily.
Not only did we start with a consult where she showed me what all the styles were, we also discussed my eye size and what would suit.
She delicately took her time and made sure everything was perfect before I opened my eyes.
I thought they’d sting or feel a bit uncomfortable but no, none of that.
I cannot rate Lily highly enough. If you’ve had a bad experience or are new to the lash game, I promise you won’t be disappointed! (I went the Russian Volume light lash set).

Love this place. Lily is the best lash artist I’ve had, She does absolutely perfect hybrid lashes, been getting them done for years before I found her and now I’ll never go to anyone else

I regularly go to Simply Brows & Lashes SY for my brow Threading and lashes. Everyone that works there is friendly. Rohini is amazing at Threading. Lily - my regular lash technician, is amazing. The hand made fans that she creates gives you that glamorous & fluffy volume look and are long lasting. She always ensures that I am happy before leaving. Highly recommend Rohini for Threading and Lily for your lashes.

I have just been back to Lily and South Yarra for the second time and could not be happier with my lash extensions. She is very professional and friendly and does a fabulous job! Extremely happy with the service and highly recommend Lily for lash extensions.
