I walked in and they were able squeeze me in to have my eyebrows threaded. Short wait, great service. Eyebrows look excellent.

I booked a lash lift and tint last minute on a Friday night, and was greeted kindly by staff.
The store is clean and calm.
My technician was Fari, she was so kind and kept telling me what she was doing at each step, this made me feel so much more relaxed.
She did a great job at keeping me informed and making sure my eyes weren't uncomfortable.
When you're having a treatment done on your eyes it can be really anxiety inducing, so I'm really happy that I had Fari as my tech, she was so professional and kind.
I'll be coming back for sure

I went to get a Lash Lift done for the very first time, of course I was quite nervous about it. Hannah, the staff assisting me did a great job, she was very gentle and polite. She has also made it an extremely comfortable experience for me. I was very happy with the results. She made my lashes really nice and curly. Really loving the natural look! I would recommend the lash lift service here for anyone trying out for the first time!

I’ve been getting my lashes done here for the past couple years and I can always count on them to be great. I got my eyelashes done by Emily for the first time who did them exactly how I wanted them and was so catering. Absolutely obsessed with my new lashes!

Kylie and Mani are absolutely wonderful and provided the best service. There was incident with the eyebrow lamination and eyelash lift from a different staff. I was upset with the results, after the poor experience I provided my feedback so that this wouldn’t happen to anyone else. Kylie spoke to me straight away to understand what happened and made sure I was taken care of. She organised the manager Mani to fix the eyebrows and lashes. Went to see Mani, she listened and understood what I was looking for and fixed the eyebrows and lashes. The result was absolutely stunning and exactly what I expected. Kylie and Mani went over and beyond to make sure that this would not happen again to anyone else and also fixed the issues that I have raised. I recommend Mani if you ever want your eyelashes or eyebrows done. Amazing job.

POEPLE WITH VERY SHORT LASHES, read.

This is my first professional procedure with my lashes. I always have short lashes and would just highly depend on good mascara and curl lash.

I decided to try their Lash Lift + Complementary Lash Tint with Rohini.

The one-star is for Rohini because she did a SAFE job doing my lashes. But everything else is disappointing. For the price of $79, you could hardly see any difference (see photo). And yes, I have been told that it’ll not be like the others and I am aware of my lashes’ length, but this is way more disappointing than the worst I have expected. No one actually noticed I had my lashes done. Also, the lashes kept looking worse and worse by day. It’s like what it’ll look like when you incorrectly use a curl lash.

I am sharing my photos and review, so that people with short lashes like me will rethink if they want to have the same procedure. I guess either accept our lashes will not magically become longer so keep using good mascaras and curl lash or do a more expensive extension lashes. (I personally didn’t want extension).

I have seen both Anne and Mona and they do really good eyebrow shaping and tinting. They are really good at what they do and are friendly

I have been attending SB&L over the past 2-3 years.
All the staff are super professional and efficient in what they do.
Kylie is an absolute superstar on the phones, her ability to juggle appointments and get just the right time for you is amazing.

More recently I have change my lash Technichon to Emily.
Emily's attention to detail is the best I have seen in all the years I have been getting extensions (over 10 years)
Emily's beautiful personality and gentle nature always assures me that I'm in good hands.
