Rohini is not only the most talented brow technician I have ever met but the most patient! I have very thick brows which are greying with age. Rohini always manages to tone the greys so that my brows look and feel amazing. She is extremely professional, gentle and never seems rushed. It is always a pleasure to visit Rohini!

Had the most amazing experience at Simply Brows and Lashes! I haven't had my brows professionally done for over a year now so i decided it was the time to come get them done as I have an important event coming up. I didn't book in or anything for my brows, just tested my luck and walked in. The salon looked pretty busy at the time but the staff were so friendly and accomodating they still fitted me in, which I am really thankful for. I had my brows threaded and brow lamination and oh my gosh i wish I did them sooner! I was so happy with my experience I then booked in a few days later for my lashes and got the full hybrid set. I showed my therapist some photos and she did a thorough consultation with me going through the style and length. They turned out absolutely perfect and just what I wanted! Can't wait to come back in a few weeks for a touch up of my brows and lashes)

Sarah Krejnus director/owner called me today to advised that she lied about what she advised and texted in October 2022. I had two treatment of lip tattooing and had not notice anything on my lips even though I raised concerns that I don’t think the second treatment will do anything as the girl doing my treatment was not experienced with dark lips. I asked for refund but was promised I will notice the change with second treatment. I was just simply told you have dark lip and can’t do anything about it. When I posted a 1 star rating feeling judged because of the colour of my skin, I received a call from Sarah to immediately promising to get this fixed for me with one of the lady who is experienced with dark lips. Sarah called back after speaking to tattooist and advised that it might take 3 or 5 treatments and it will be done for free of charge.
I had one treatment in December 2022 and have booked another one for 14/4/23 after speaking to the Sarah and Tattooist.
Today Sarah called pretending not sure who she is - I asked her are you the owner, she said ‘Ah! No it’s Fiona. Sarah said I have to pay to fix their mistake and said can’t remember and no treatments will be done until I pay. I said you are not legally allowed to lie and mislead customers. Sarah said will ask Fiona to call but I don’t think she will as decision is made.
I would have appreciated if Sarah was honest and told me from the start I will be charged but not lie and not remember.
Simply brows and lashes made me feel low for having dark skin and lips and it is unacceptable to lie to their customers. Businesses with narrow mind people should not be allowed to operate.

I did not hang up the phone and requested your manager to call as you said you are not the owner. Please stop lying. You called me to offer free service, I have a text message to prove it. I never asked to get anything done for free, you said we will fix it as first promised by your tattooist and office manager. I know it is not guaranteed and that is why I asked for refund and not do the second treatment. I came to your business for service and thinking you employ experts I asked them to recommend what will work on my lips. If your tattooist initially told me that I have never treated person with dark lips I would not have gone through with it but instead I was promised that I will get lighter lips with two treatments which did not happen. You admitted your tattooist used dark colour on dark lips which should not have happened. When I mentioned I had done some research regarding what works on light lips, you quickly agreed and passed the information to the tattooist who did the third treatment. You should know what service is provided in your business and cater for all skin colour and treat dark skin people as equal.
As a honest person you should have advised everything in writing and not pretend to care and now throwing dollar signs. It is very hypocritical and bad business ethics.

First time I’ve had threading done. My brows look amazing. And my face just looks way brighter and shinier without the odd hairs poking out here and there. Just love the result and the feel of my face. Thanks Pari and team

I came in to get my eyebrows done this morning and Navi was just beautiful! She was so friendly and chatty and it was so nice just talking with another woman for a while and I’m so stoked with my brows! Highly recommend:)
