I just had a blood test, and I could not be happier. The person running the pathology lab today was absolutely brilliant. She made me feel at home, and cared for. She laughed at my bad jokes and had a smile you could easily detect through a mask.

Best visit ever.

Great receptionists, manager and nurses! Dr. John and Dr. Goran are very friendly, knowledgable and professional!

I now live 30 minutes away from the clinic but it is still our number 1 choice. Reception staff are actually quite friendly and prompt, and a special shout out to 'Dr. John He' who really cares about his patients, leaves detailed notes and follows up on the well being. Hands down one of the best doctor i ever come across. Amazing work. Keep it up

Dr John He is great, truly an asset to the clinic, however give yourself ample time as you'll be waiting to be seen well over an hour after your 'booking' time!

not sure why there's always a delay, and it doesn't matter whether it's a weekday or weekend! Also the reception staff are polite but they must be told to say by management that they're running on time regardless of the reality of things

Call up to ask if my doctor would be on time because im very sick and dont want to wait an hour they tell me doctor ia running on schedule next minute come in 1 hour wait.

Not only do they lie to you they are not honest
And do not care about the customers would not recommend at all

Have had multiple one hour waits in the past before

Even had a doctor tell me he had to finish up 5 mins into the appointment because he had to go home

First time at this clinic and nice reception and staff, quick service, Dr Farid Yazdan was excellent, good conversation during appointment, seen on time, No complaints at all, as someone who doesn't visit a doctor regularly and generally goes to the closest one to where I am I would make the effort to travel here

I had excellent service from Dr Sandhu, and the receptionist was also extremely helpful (sorry, I forgot your name QLDer). They were professional, efficient, and compassionate. Thank you.

Great service from the whole team. Dr John is great and nurse Megan is nice and very efficient. Yes there is a wait sometimes as it's a bulk bill medical centre. Other doctors are good as well as Dr John.

I think I will stop coming to this clinic from now on because the waiting time is getting ridiculously long. No matter what time it is of the day, u can wait for more than 45 minutes. What is the point when u already booked and turned up on time? Unacceptable.

Poor service overall - waited 1.5hrs beyond appointment time to be quickly (and poorly) assessed and told to come in the next day. Came in and was told to make yet another appointment after a second and equally superficial assessment. Who has the time for this? No thanks

Great clinic! Doctors are really attentive and experienced. Wait times can be a while but worth it!

I’ve been to the clinic for the past year or two and have experienced excessive waiting times for every appointment. The reception staff are lovely but the doctors need to work on their time management or scheduling of appointments. The wait times are ridiculous and a complete waste of time. Had to cancel my last appointment as the wait time was too long. Will find another clinic in the future.

As with most multi-doctor clinic, it really depends on who you see. For me, Dr John He is my go-to person as he is very knowledgeable and shows a lot of care in the treatment process. The wait times can be long (about 1hr) despite appointment bookings, but that is the only significant drawback.

Probably the best medical care I've received at a GP office. Waiting times can be long, but the doctors are worth it.

I have a prebooked appointment and have to wait more than 2hrs. I understand centre is bulk billing but process can be improved. I’ve seen people who come after me and walked in first. Perhaps they know process here and come late so they don’t have to wait so long? Which is unfair for people who make an effort to show up on time. They need a better process to mark people who actually come for the actual waiting list, or allocate proper time slots.

The worst medical Centre, the reason you book appointment so you don’t have to wait but then you have to wait: (might as well do first comes first serve service. Will never go back to this Centre again.
