Some good, friendly doctors but the wait times are just ridiculous, especially now they’re no longer a bulk billing practice. Take a good book because you’ll be waiting well beyond your appt time.

I found my favourite doctor! Dr Aiy Tang is amazing. Super friendly, understanding and attentive. Thank you heaps Dr Aiy, you’ve been great!

Totally recommend SIA Health in Footscray. I will definitely come back.

I just had a Covid booster from the wonderful nurse Christine. Gold star for friendliness, efficiency and most off all the best needle technique I’ve ever experienced!

Good, but not great. But lots of doctors, staff try to help, but ive had some odd encounters with them. Nurses station, they do blood tests. Overall pretty good. No actual complaints so good, very good.

Attended the clinic today for my daughter and found the doctor extremely helpful and did not have to wait long to get called up. Defenantly will back.

Attended clinic for vaccinations and received excellent professional service from nursing staff. Friendly and helpful reception staff made the appointment process smooth and clear.

Went to SIA on the weekends to get a referral letter and was shocked when I billed for $85 (Medicare subsidized $39). Im out of pocket $45 just for a letter. Its just ridiculous.

Booking an appointment via hotdoc is very easy. Dr Victor Luu is amazing! He always is happy to help and is open to different treatments. His recommendations have been great so far.

My go to place for 'flu and covid booster shots, it is very convenient and staff are always friendly and efficient.

Charging $75 to students when you hold their prescription and they can't go anywhere else. This place is predatory.

Dr Tang was both knowledgeable and thorough, I felt confident with her advice and that she understood my concerns. Reception staff were also friendly and attentive, on-site pathology also a bonus as was the friendliness and professionalism of the nurse.

I'm so grateful for having Dr He for having him as my GP. He cares and take his time for his patients. Sometimes the wait can be long but I think a lot of patients wanted to see him because they already know the care that they will get for him. For me it's okay because I know that I walk out there feeling better and know things about my health. If you're in a rush.you might need to see the first available GP instead.

Receptionist was friendly and attentive. Appointment was on time and Doctor took the time to explain things in detail.

All experiences with this centre have benne pleasant. Appointments are quick and doctors actually listen to your concerns. Only downside is the appointments are quite expensive for short times, and Telehealth is more expensive than in-person consults.

My first and only time seeing a doctor here was to get a referral for a pediatrician for my child. The doctor refused on the grounds that he "didn't know us well enough" to do so. The only thing he had to do was print out a sheet and sign it. That screams lazy and incompetent to me. We won't be returning.
