Taking off 1 star because they often have long wait times even when you have an appointment - I've typically waited 30 min to 1 hour after my appointment time to see someone. But otherwise it's a pretty good service - staff are pleasant, booking system is reliable and easy to use, and I appreciate the text confirmation. I also think the doctors are more attentive than at the other bulk-billing clinics around Footscray so I don't mind waiting when I feel I'm not being rushed out the door once I do see the doctor.

Very happy I really appreciate With over all experience and Dr Andres Acosta Rippe is amazing knowing him since past 4 years nothing changed I will highly recommend to see Dr Andres.

The doctor is very professional and patient. Receipts is also nice. Waiting time is little be longer, because too busy, but it is worthy of get better service.

Good medical centre. Dr John is a reassuring practioner. Is there a wait? Usually yes BUT it's because as a patient you are seen as an actual person and not rushed. Unfortunately that knocks appointment times out. Is it annoying? Yes, but preferable to being "processed".

We find that Dr John He is a very good and caring doctor. His medical knowledge is very high and we have every confidence in him

Office and waiting room always too loud with TV blasting, signs and advertising everywhere. But it bulk bills, allows online bookings and.again, Dr He, legend.

Been going to SIA for a year and have been very happy with the overall quality of doctors. Dr. Leong has become our regular, has given a lot of attention to detail and feels like her cares when consulting him. Busy clinic, hard to always catch on the phone - but worth going to for doctors you can trust.

So surprised that there are so many negative reviews. Everyone at Sia Medical Centre was so helpful and kind during both of my visits and the wait times were very reasonable considering how busy it gets. I went to see Dr Farnoush Nia who was both efficient and empathetic. Thank you!

On the 12th of November, I had a booking for a second jab at 11 o’clock in the morning at SIA Medical Clinic Footscray. When I arrived, the receptionist just then told me, they have cancelled all the appointments due to the unavailability of the nurse. They haven’t notified me and I’m percent sure the same happens to other people too. I complained to the receptionist of how come they didn’t notify me and the excuse was, they were busy and forgot to send out emails. Like for real. This is so disgusting and unprofessional. I took the day off for my sec jab and Sia Medical Clinic failed miserably. So disappointed.

I’ve had quite a few visits to this medical centre in the past few months and while it takes some time to be seen (sometimes) every doctor I’ve encountered has been amazing. Dr. Zaheer, Dr. Leong and Dr. Webb have been amazing to deal with. They’re all been thorough, kind, caring, understanding and non-judgemental.
This clinic also has EVERYTHING you need all in one neat little package above Chemist Warehouse which is even more convenient.
Thank you to all at Sia Medical Footscray, especially in these trying times. You’re all doing amazing work.

Dr John He is the best GP! Efficient, quick and knows everything as about thing and very direct. Wait times are of course very long -but just expect it.

The lady in Pathology today (saturday) with the religious garment on. Had a horrible attitude. “Sit”, “off”. Meaning please take a seat and take your jacket off, thankyou. Snatched my paperwork out of my hand. No respect at all.
Not coming back there with that attitude and lack of english.
Its a nice clean place overall hence the 2 stars.

There are some amazing doctors at this practice, particularly Dr Andreas Acosta Rippe. It's a shame the consults are so short, making this a good clinic for primarily emergencies. Super rude experiences with some of the reception staff.

What a joke.
You have appointment, s for a reason but at this doctor's they don't seem to care that you can't sit for long periods and you can't stand for long periods. Even though you have expressed your injuries and what happened a year ago

Jenny went to see the doctor for a blood test, but she tell me had to see the doctor first before she could get an appointment for a blood test. There was also someone at the front desk to help Jenny see it soon. Thx she help Jenny.

Booked in to get the flu shot done. Over 1 hour wait and still nothing. Asked reception staff for assistance and they were utterly useless. Ended up just walking out. Better options for GPs in Footscray.

Sia medical uses HotDoc App, pretty convenient in choosing appointment times.

Go for Dr. John He. Very good doctor, highly recommended as many of my health problems have been solved by him

When you book in face to face appointments especially in the afternoon/evening, delay times may vary up to 2 hours. Have a book or something to keep you occupied till then.

Never deal with them again.
Came for some health issue still unsolved. 45min to wait for an appointments
Get a covid 19 test for a littl fever. 37.4°c 2 days later Nobody communicate me the result. I got to call myself
They can't communicate me the result and let me know I will have to book an other appointment to talk to the doctors and will be charge 100$. They try to stole my money and enjoy I'm from overseas to justify me I will get paid back by my health insurance. I'm upset by their service and incompetence to deal with patients.

Every time I have attended its been minimum 90 minute wait. The GP brings up old concerns that are not relevant which is frustrating as my time has already been wasted. Reception staff are unapologetic and insincere. Highly unprofessional. Will be transferring my care to another clinic.

Fantastic practitioners here - especially dr’s andres acosta rippe & benj tarsh.always so accommodating, empathic & genuinely caring.i have had the most comprehensive care from both andres & benj.highly recommended.
