Very good service. Josh at the front desk was informative, kind & efficient. Doctor was helpful, listened & took the time to explain my illness. Would use this service again.

Horrible waiting system. Waited 2 hrs to see the doctor despite of booking and showing up 10 min early. I can understand this when they used to do bulk bill but now given they dont do bulk bill anymore 2 hr wait time is not acceptable. Dr He is good though.

Had to take my daughter to see a GP over the long weekend. Most practises were closed. This practise was so friendly in taking my daughter in a short timeframe (new patient). Staff from the front desk to the doctors were empathetic, friendly, and very professional.

Came as walk in for my son who had a high fever. It was a short waiting time with a very patient and understanding receptionist. Dr Salman attended my son and he was very thorough. Was a first time pleasant experience and would definitely recommend for those who are in need of GP bulk billed during the weekends.

So helpful, so understanding, Julius was just the best at making the doctors visit so successful.

Great practice. My doctor, Victor Luu is thorough and professional. Waiting times are sometimes long but that’s acceptable because every patient gets brilliant individual care. It also bulk bills, allows online bookings and again, Dr Luu is a legend.
Last but not least, the receptionists are also helpful.

This clinic is inflexible and lacking in compassion for its patients. Some of the doctors do not understand the Australian health-care system and provide incorrect advice about hospital treatment options.

Excellent clinic and a very spacious, neatly maintained place. Very helpful staff and doctors, highly recommended.

SIA Medical Footscray is my go-to place for almost anything concerning my health. Dr John He is heaven sent. There’s a reason why patients bear with the long wait just to see him. His patience in explaining what’s going on with you in a way that you will understand is a rare quality in doctors these days. Tom the podiatrist is also a legend. Everyone and everything in this place is amazing. Truly grateful. Keep up the great work.

The doctor was very nice we just needed a whooping cough vaccine. The male nurse was ok, he was sitting in the patient chair when we walked in and seemed liked it was all just a bit of a hassle. He is probably underpaid and over worked so I get it and dont blame him, its a tough job in this environment.

Great medical practice, easy to book appointment and very short wait time. Staff are friendly, professional and patient.

Dr He at Sia Footscray is literally the best GP I have seen in my life. Amazing. Yes there is always a wait to see him, but it’s bulk billed and with his professionalism, knowledge and compassion, it’s totally worth it.

Wanting to make an appointment this morning and have been on hold for 10 mins so i gave up. Called back a bit later and same thing again. Very frustrating.

I’ve been going to SIA medical for years now and I’ve always received very thorough and professional care by all the physicians that I’ve seen. They always do their best to figure out what is going on, and are happy to make refrrrals and order tests when needed. I recommend Footscray SIA to any of my friends who move to the west and need a new medical clinic to go to.

Very helpful and kind doctor there. Only the waiting time is not satisfied especially I got a booking already.

I had first appointment for the day so no delays & only needed new script for medication currently on & some clarity regarding a couple of issues, all resolved. However I realised after I left my BP wasn’t taken & I assume this is standard practice!

I was recommended this clinic by a friend, and they did not disappoint. I turned up without an appointment and was seen within 15 minutes due to a finger injury. Dr John was fantastic and really took the time and showed interest in my recovery. I am very impressed. Thanks team your service was fatnastic
