The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Panos is very understanding and caring. Was seen on time and online appointment bookings user friendly

We only use when we can't get into our usual doctors. Recently, my partner was teased by his Dr for wearing a mask at the clinic. He was also told "I don't know what's wrong with you, maybe try this medicine and if it doesn't work, come back" - so not instilling a whole lot of confidence. Upon leaving, we were told that apparently they can only bulk bill if you just walk in off the street and don't make an appointment, which would have been good to know considering the appointment was only made a hour beforehand.

I have been going to them for some time now. In the last 3 years with them never experienced anything like it. Made an appointment for 9am on Monday by taking time off work. Called them at 8: 50am to say I’m running late. Checked in at 9: 10am to see the doctor. I was waiting for 30mins plus and decided to check again with the receptionist about my appointment. She told me that I’m next to get in. After another 5mins, one of them calls me to the side and tells that the doctor is not in today. They had bloody three opportunities earlier to let me know instead made me wait for nothing. Piss poor management. And the worst part is they don’t even offer to see the next available doctor. Well done! Sia Essendon Well done!

Got my partner to book an appointment on Sunday for me, arrival at scheduled time to be advised of 7 walk-in people in front of me and 1hr wait.
Why on earth do you take bookings?
So if you need an appointment on Sunday just show up!

Then I was asked if I wanted to
See another doctor.
I said yes because I was in
Pain.
I was referred to doctor Tran
Who virtually kicked me out
Because he said he had too
Many patients waiting.
Then didn't want to hear about my
Issues.
I then said so you are telling me
To leave his room and his reply
Was "WHATEVER ' And I left.
He was so rude and could not
Bother to listen.
I couldn't believe how I was
Treated.
This is unacceptable treatment
I was actually stunned.

I have recently moved to the area. Have been to a few doctors. I was told by my daughter to try this clinic. I have never looked back. The doctors are amazing. I now see Jason Chua, who is absolutely the best. He takes his time with you & explains everything to you. He does follow ups on the phone as well as calling to see how you are & to make an appointment to come in & see him. The receptionists are also great so glad this clinic was recommended. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've found the doctors to be warm and attentive however was pretty disappointed to see reception staff wearing their Covid masks on their chin or under their nose in the middle of a pandemic. Yes there is a screen but we're indoors and breathing the same air. It's also a really bad look. I'm on immunosuppressants so am especially vulnerable to infections. Please do the right thing in a medical centre of all places!

Ladies at the desk were very nice but doctor told me to just go home drink water and take Panadol and later that night I went to hospital where I got better service and the right medication

Open until 10pm but didn’t answer any calls at 8pm. Drove there. They advertise that they bulk bill but wanted $100 to see a GP. No wonder the reviews are bad and waiting room empty.

Booking made for 11: 30 still waiting at 12: 23. Every person has been through to see a doctor. Reception was no help when we offered to see another doctor.

I called to make an appointment and after waiting 4 mins (which is the norm) the call was answered. When I asked if there were any available appointments I was asked if I could be put on hold, and I said yes thinking they were looking at available appointments only to hold on for an extra 20mins. If it takes you that long to get back to me what makes you think I would rely on you with my health.

Read a lot of negative reviews here about this centre, but I have no choice on public holiday. I met doctor Joshua and he's totally the best doctor I have ever seen. I wrote down an A4 paper about my symptoms and he was willing to listen to everything without interruption.

He also gave me many good advice and tried to do the best investigation to help me. After seeing him, I felt less worry about my situation and stay positive.

I would never thought of writing a review on the doctors surgery as I always get great service however I have to.
As we are we are in lockdown and cant get to them, I thought I have nothing to loose as its been 35 days and no doctor where I am has been able to help me.
On friday 4th September the service was unbelievable, the girls on reception so respectfully and helpful beyond anything I could have aaked for.wlWithin 5 mins I had had a return phone consultation with my regular doctor and the the correct medication, im so greatful, thanks again, your amazing and keep safe

Allways seen me as a walk in, or over the phone appointment, they explained everything before i have taken the appointment.

I am surprised by the low ratings of this clinic. This is my local GP. One or two of the doctors are not great, however all the others I have had, have been excellent. They have gone above and beyond to assist me, and are extremely thorough. There is rarely a wait longer than 20 mins for a bulk-billed walk-in consultation.

I was charged an $80 fee to visit doctor even though I provided my medicare details to bulk bill. They are still chasing up payment even though they have been advised accordingly. Avoid this clinic.

I thought the admin person was perfectly nice but the gp was terrible. He cut me off while I was trying to explain the symptoms in full and immediately prescribed medication without any real examination. He was also impatient when I asked about the medication.

Please get the practice manager to contact me immediately. Not only was I charged an $80 procedure fee that apparently isn't claimable on Medicare but I also just checked my Medicare statement where he has also charged Medicare and said that I was bulk billed. I am contacting Medicare and APHRA about this. The doctor also told reception not to put through a consult fee as I went straight into your procedure room, lo and behold you still charged Medicare for it.

I've had another doctor check the stitches he did and they need to be removed because he did such a horrible job.

Had an extremely upsetting incident with one of the male doctors (unfortunately I did not see his name). Walked out of the clinic crying after being made fun of in a way, when asking about results from a previous scan. As a young woman, I felt so overlooked and not taken seriously with my health.

If you trim Steri-Strips while they are stuck on the eyelid and leave an abrasion because the scissors pinched the skin of the eyelid, please offer the patient something to wipe their tears with:)
