Dr Bill Panos is always spot on with his career, consideration and medical advice. We have been going to SIA since the late 90s and recommend it for all GP appointments.

Had an immunology injection that I was taking once a month. Was referred by a doctor at the clinic to see the immunologist. These kits are required to be kept refrigerated. After about 4 sessions was told I can no longer keep my kit at the practice. Reason being they would not store them if they didn't purchase shots for the clinic. Mind you this was the nurse not the doctor and based on other reviews they seem to have a history of being incredibly petty and overall tend to give the place a bad name. The last time I booked the nurse made the appointment after she obviously knew they would have already left for the day so I ended up seeing the doctor instead last minute. I queried this new policy and was told that he had never heard of it. Decided to go elsewhere and am happy I did!

I've been attending SIA medical centre for years and they are great. Great GPs and the reception are very helpful and friendly. The dentist doctor is also great Dr Claire Tan.

Dr Brodsky has been our family dr for over 20yrs. He is the most caring, compassionate and amazing doctor. Always makes the time to see us and ensures that our health is taken care of.

Dr Jason Chua was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. He really took the time to understand and support my needs. Reception were friendly too

Dr Sara Rostom is amazing. She actually listened and cares and more importantly makes you feel comfortable Definitely best doctor I have EVER seen. If your looking for a knowledgeable doctor who is caring then Dr Sara is who you want. I just wish there were more doctors like her!

Doctor offered to give me antibiotics after he just said I had a virus. I paid public holiday rates for that appointment:)

Made a Telehealth appointment at 9.50am Tuesday and after 3 hours of no contact from dr Panos I called to see if there was an issue …. Was on hold for 30 minutes until reception could answer. They saw that the appointment was still in the system but the doctor couldn’t be bothered calling or contacting or explaining why there was a delay. Reception staff were unable to explain either. Wasted an entire day waiting and had to physically go to the clinic to reschedule with another more reliable doctor. Bad experience and disappointing that no one could care less.

Saw Sarah to get my flu vaccination today. She was fantastic- understood my needle phobia and made it a pain free experience. Literally didn’t feel a thing. Highly recommend

Dr Richard Sia is always empathic, is an active listener and takes the time to ensure the patient is comfortable with the information and advice he provides. Excellent with children as well. The follow up care he provides is five star.

Went at around 7pm after experiencing rapid onset of urinary tract infection symptoms within a few hours.
Was seen within 5 minutes, explained fully about payment ($88) and that I would receive Medicare rebate of around $40+ directly to my bank account.
Received script, filled at adjoining pharmacist, literally took first 2 tablets of course of anti biotic in car, went home and began experiencing relief from symptoms within a few hours.
Coming from working in a hospital, I found staff to be friendly, explained things fully and I’m very happy with the service I received.

First time in clinic. Waited close to an hour after my appointment time and paid $88. I understand things come up, however waiting a significant time after my scheduled appointment, while heavily pregnant and with a toddler, to then be changed left me disappointed. I will be going to another clinic next time.

SIA Essendon is the best Medical Clinic. Doctors and all other Staff members are so polite and nice. I am their patent since 1990.

Terrible experience. Booking system is a joke. Pay $85 for a booking which was 45 minutes late while walk in were being seen after arriving after myself. When staff were asked they replied you can cancel your booking but you will go to the back of the que for walk ins.
