Food came almost 2 hours late! Tried to can the store 20 plus times but no open would answer the phone. We will never use them again

Best ramen I’ve had in Melbourne. The stocks are a cut above any other place I’ve tried (except for its sibling in Hawthorn).

Sooooo this has to be a scam. Ordered via uber eats but it gets delivered by store so you can't track it. Currently been waiting two hours and it said it was a 25 minute wait. It's not Friday night it's a Tuesday. Avoid big time.

Ignore the reviews about delivery, the on site experience for this place is great - great food with great service, easy to recommend

Damn, wish we had read the reviews before ordering.
Do not order uber eats or any kind of delivery. They don’t actually cook the noodles. Sucks if you are on holidays and have three hungry kids crying to eat.
If you are ordering takeout you are not thinking of cooking. Those two things are flippin miles apart.
The staff don’t answer their phone either. So that was also great, wondering if our meal was coming not. No feedback from the restaurant or on the uber eats app.
At 1pm Uber eats app was telling us that it’s estimated to arrive at 12: 40pm.

We also paid $85 for this glorious stressful, uncooked mess.
Needless to say it ended up where it belonged… the trash.

Absolutely don't order their delivery, you can't get the meal at all, and the attitude is very bad, unless you want to waste your appetite to lose weight

If u get ramen delivered thats on u. Eat in here its amazing but their order system is annoying. Why do you need me to create an account to order ramen.like what u gonna do, send me deals on ramen?

We tried to order on Ubereats, the restaurant accepted our food and the food was on its way for over an hour (delivered by restaurant staff not Ubereats). We tried to call the restaurant and there was no response. We literally waited and waited for nothing to even turn up. Uber ended up cancelling our order and I got my money back. Get better, this was such poor service and we will never be dining in or ordering through the restaurant again.

Placed order after work at 2349. States delivery would be by restaurant staff and between 0026-0045.
Waited downstairs in hotel lobby. Order never came. Te restaurant didn’t answer phone despite by repeated calls. Gave up at 0200am and went to bed hungry.

Woke up in the morning and it stated it was delivered at 0249am. Not to me. Hopefully some reveller on the street enjoyed a ramen.

Very poor effort. Communication.

Won’t be ordering from there again.

I ordered via Uber eats, wish I could give 0 starts because this was the worst ramen experience of my life. The food was completely uncooked I had to cook it myself and it took over an hour to arrive. I couldn’t eat it after a few spoonfuls, I want my money back. I would feel bad even giving this to a starving homeless person it was that bad, waste of $60.

Do not order from here on Uber Eats. They have manipulated the app to appear they are local appearing under “5-25 min” delivery time filter regardless of your location. They use their own staff to deliver so impossible to track delivery on app. Delivery took 1 hour and 20 mins. I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times no response. When food arrived it was nothing like described, serving was very small and noodles were uncooked requiring me to cook them myself. Packaging on one item was damaged. I don’t even trust the food was freshly prepared so we didn’t eat it. I am awaiting a refund from Uber Eats.

Same as other reviews, order and says it on its way, 30 mins past estimated delivery, calling numbers that are never answered. Joke of a business. DO NOT ORDER

Purchased on Uber eats, said 5-25 mins delivery time. The restaurant delivered it almost 2 hours late. Fake phone number so you cannot call the restaurant. Would recommend finding elsewhere to eat.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Horrendous service from the restaurant, waited over an hour and a bit for the food. When the food arrived the food had to be cooked at home!? Had to boil noodles and put the meal together. Will never recommend or buy again
Meal is very small also. Barely worth $10 let alone $20!

YUM! And great delivery!
I got the Vegan Noddle Laksa and spicy popcorn chicken. My mouth is on fire and loving it. Can confirm noddles come cooked.

Do NOT order delivery. All the ramen came unassembled and the noodles were completely uncooked.
Order took over two hours to be delivered and not one phone call was picked up.
The food was completely cold and I have had two minute noodles with better flavour.
I wish I could give less than one star.

Ordered food for delivery, it took almost 2 hours to arrive via their private driver. Don’t order here if you want your food on time.

This restaurant has created “ghost” kitchens in Hawthorn that DO NOT EXIST. I ordered the laksa as well as the seaweed rolls and could not have been more disappointed. It arrived cold, the restaurant did not answer their phone and it didn’t taste very fresh. Do not recommend ordering from this restaurant if you want any level of customer service or quality food

We ordered online and never received the order. And when we tried to call them multiple times they didn't answer.

This restaurant runs several store “fronts” on UberEats and Menulog, with a spin on the same menu and what sets them apart? Delivering RAW noodles for you to cook at home. Ordered from Shizuku Ramen and decided never again, only to fall for another of their “fronts” called Ramen Kuroki - leading to a similar disappointing experience. I believe Take a Bao is them as well. What they are doing is false advertising and bordering on fraud. They operate under so many different names that trying to avoid them when ordering online requires a set of specialist skills! You end up paying for cooking but they only do packaging and delivery. It’s a scam.
