Recently upgraded my PC case and CPU cooler here. I will definitely go back for all my PC parts and upgrades. Excellent customer service and ability to track your Order status on their website. Thomas and Erina were fantastic in their product knowledge and suggestions. Keep up the good work and I will definitely recommend these guys for all your PC rig needs. Wish they sotck more PC case brands (e.g. Be quiet!).

Took about half an hour to find the price of an open box bargain bin cpu cooler but after that purchase of other items was quick and easy, highly recommend

Came in not knowing what was wrong with the pc and after speaking to Tom and Shaun, had a good understanding of the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. Thanks heaps Tom and Shaun for all of your help. Great service and knowledge of their products. Keep up the good work

The staff is very helpful. The selection is great. I can almost always find what I'm looking for when it comes to upgrading or repairing hardware. The prices are competitive with other retailers. I especially like the speed of order delivery or pick up. My instant gratification tendencies are satisfied.

Best place in melb for buying PC parts and accessories online or in store. One staff member was a bit rude last time I went in, but then another super nice staff member (blue haired lady, I think) helped me find the best gear and made up for it.

Competitive Price, Fantastic Customer Service!

I bought 2 No laptop-size memory sticks. I realised I can still use my old RAM so I called Scorptec the following day to amend my order.
Although it was scheduled for dispatch, a customer service officer put my order on hold and kindly amended my order.

I got my refund back into my account.

I just spoke to Erina about my new pc setup and she was wonderful. I'd been to a few different places for the right pc setup but this was the best experience by a mile.

If you're looking at reviews to figure out where to visit for your build, don't hesitate!

Graphics card dead on arrival, have to wait till next week to get it fixed, because they can't just simply see if it's working

Found a screen I couldn't find elsewhere, ordered online for the same price MSY would have been, and was delivered interstate within a couple working days.

High cost for delivery is the only complaint but it was worth it.

Staff are friendly enough and happy to answer any questions you have. They are funny about factory seals, so watch out for that, but i ended up getting my replacement in the end. Sometimes it feels like the left hand is not talking to the right in some cases, a lot of getting shifted around to different people who haven't been given all the information from the previous interaction.

Parking is rare. Store looks empty with little variety on display. Best you know what you need before you get here.

Great service, friendly staff and fair prices. These guys are very knowledgeable system builders, I had them assemble a custom small form factor build that I had parted out. For a very reasonable fee they not only put it together but took the time to test everything, benchmark it and report on thermals.

I like this place. Good prices, wide range of computer stuff. Friendly and highly professional staff members, except of old Chinese man, are always happy to serve you and always will do it right. You can have professional advise in choosing components. But be carefully - there is toll parking on the street even for Scorptec customers. The best thing, you can order the parts even not in stock and will be alerted when all goods are good to go. Highly recommended.
