Good range of Razer peripherals available on sale. Delivery was insured and packed secure. Store itself was still quite bare with limited products on display. Service is provided at desk/reception area where the staff sit and will assist with purchases or enquiries.

Make sure you have your drivers licence on you although it would have been nice to have a clear prompt asking if you are collecting or if you are having someone else collect it on your behalf. Might try another pc store next time

I like Scorptec. They are efficient and knowledgeable. I ordered a motherboard and CPU online for click and collect at 7pm. Next morning about an hour after they opened I received notice it was ready for pickup. When I arrived it took about a minute and i had my order. I had to go to a sales counter to get help choosing a motherboard and it was a smooth process. They have a large screen facing where you can sit and see the choices on screen while the staff member explains more details. Great service and excellent staff. I will be getting all my computer parts from them in future.

Really bad customer experience. The concept of thinking through a logical solution for a client is lost on these guys in the over engineered UX. I fell down 4-5 steps whilst navigating the way out & was pushed out by the autodoor.

Decent price, ordered some Arctic 5 thermal paste on a Monday night on standard Aus post express, (Wednesday was a public holiday) and it arrived Thursday. Ample packaging, will shop here again.

I hate leaving negative feedback. I’m happy to pay the Scorptec premium and I buy 95% of my gear through Scorptec because historically they have offered great service. Recently put together another simple I7 build (my sixth this year with Scorptec) and had either a DOA motherboard or DOA CPU. Went in the next day to urgently have the defective item replaced as DOA and was told it would have to enter the service queue and the wait was a minimum five days. They referred me to another store 45 minutes drive away. They didn’t even look at my equipment or seem interested in assisting me with a DOA product. It is a five minute troubleshoot to find out if the CPU or MOBO was the DOA item. Really disappointing. I hope we don’t have to break up over this Scorpies but if you can’t swiftly assist customers with DOA enquiries this could be a dealbreaker. Two stars because usually, you guys are no fuss. Today deserves a zero though.

Updated to One Star. It’s 2022. Retail is back open. Scorptec are still click and collect only with a one hour minimum turn around for a Display Port cable. I understand staff shortages and lack of labour but it sucks that many businesses are still using COVID as an excuse for zero service.

Scorptec would rather see you walk out the door empty handed than actually help you out. What a pity guys!

Great products (custom built computers are excellent) and commitment to service.
Customer service not awesome during COVID but they are trying and are responsive to feedback!

Easy, but now it's annoying you can't simply go in and order over the counter. Had to stand there and order online while they sorted the order in the back which took 30 minutes wait for them to aparently find one small item. Unbelievable.

Got a system built here, prices were very competitive (most other stores don't include GST in their prices so they seem cheaper, Scorptec does which is great). Build quality was fantastic - zero issues when I got it home which was a first. Thanks guys, I will be back and I highly recommend this company.

Excellent.i bought and built a decent PC with most parts from scorptec mainly for VR.i was keen on the index but with no support here at all for it i thought against it.then considered the HTC vive pro 2, but was undecided by the time i picked up my pc bits.the dude i spoke to suggested the reverb, i hadn't actually heard of it until then, but picked one up from them the same day.a few weeks of fun later, the cable seemed to go out on me, the warranty return process was easy and i ended up getting a new one to replace it.everything went as it should and i'm back throwing vodka around trying to distract a big dude named jeff.happy days.

Can’t give these wnkrs zero stars. Their attitude towards customers is insane. Bunch of stereotypical comic book guys.fat, pony tails and zero customer service. Go elsewhere

Ordered some parts over the phone and the guy did not know what he was doing had to repeat part numbers 4 times finally I asked him can you please writ it down. Then I asked him can I pay when I pickup and he went off about Scorptec want to be COVID safe and only accept click and collect when everyone else is open for retail. When I got to the office I realized they recently moved and have not got EFT setup so why lie when you can just tell the truth and that is just fine. I would not recommend to trust anyone who just lies when the truth is just as acceptable.

Bought monitor online and had weird black dots. Went here to ask for refund or replacement and they said they have to check first and said nothing wrong with it and gave it back to me. Went back home and ask if I can check together with them at the store they rejected me and said I have to leave the item there to get it check again. Why Waste my time to go back and forth.

Poor service! Useless staff! Terrible service. Delivered my otems to wrong address and refuse to do anything to sort out the mess. Even clasim its been delivered safely! Idiots!
