These guys know their stuff and they go out of their way to help you. Recently, I gave them a set of requirements for a monitor and they gave me a choice of two together with the pros and cons of each. I have been very happy with the choice. Scorptec have been my main supplier of computer gear almost since they started.for good reason. My son did work experience here and he was impressed by the way they conducted their business.
Terrible service. Delivered my order to the wrong address and then accused me of lying about receiving it. They had no interest in resolving the issue. I had to work things out with the courier myself.
Great store, another great computer store added to my list. Only issue was the 1% surcharge using credit card, no need for it. Very helpful staff
@scorptec_computers I was given pricing on a graphics card that was $649 but I opted for the more expensive option, they told me it would take two weeks for the part to come in but a month later they told me that they “had to cancel my order” and when I went to buy the original card the tried to charge me $829 and then they told me that I HAD CANCELED THE ORDER and if I re-ordered it would cost me $125 more.not happy, so much for customer service
Not the cheapest but worth spending a couple of extra bucks for the good (Bad) service. (So Much For That!)
Well Now I have had to use the warranty service on one on my customers machine I had built using parts from Scorptech. Well it turns out they are like the cheaper stores. Hopeless slow service! Waiting for weeks for parts they have accepted are faulty, having replacement parts in stock but making me wait to get the parts send away and returned! As I do not want to give this sort of rubbish service to my customer if it is not sorted in the next few days ill have to pay for another part and wear the cost! Thanks for the great service. NB Im a business and spend a fare bit there. Hot HAPPY!
