Scorptec Rowville

Don't buy anything from this store. The worse customer service I ever had. I bought a 3080,3 months after it started to fail when suddenly it stopped working. Sent the item back for warranty and I'm still waiting for any kind of support after a month. There's no way to call there's no support either on the website. It is a pain is the a**.
I attached the only "kind of support" they have.
I won't buy anything again from this shop.

Update: 1 week later and nothing has happened. I'm still thinking their service is the worst ever.

Rikkie was awesome, helped me when i was in a terrible situation with a lost charger with a major report due. His teammate and him got me an alternative while there was heaps of people lining up. He got it done quickly and my way. Cheers

My order wasn't in stock even though it said it was on their site. I decided on pick up option but ended up taking longer than delivery.

(Item itself fell apart after one use and just horrible quality, i know that parts not their fault but still annoying)

Id rather buy elsewhere unless i have no other options.

I have had an awesome experience dealing with the guys n gal's at roville scorptec. Including pre- sale support and after sales when I needed to return/exchange 3 purchases that did not meet my needs.
I wont shop anywhere else for my P. C needs

Should have read reviews before visiting Rowville store…. Customer service (or lack of it) was as described by other reviewers.
Walked into store to buy a new gaming computer ($3899) for my son.
Was listed as “in stock” on their website but when I started speaking to the guy behind the counter he immediately asked if I had ordered online? When I said I hadn’t he told me that they are only accepting click and collect and that I would need to order online first before he could go and get it?
I was literally standing in the office in front of him?
Told him not to bother and that I’d go to the Clayton branch instead. He happily said no worries. Have decided to purchase from a different company now.

Although the signs in front of their office said pick ups and service, the guy serving me was super friendly and helped me complete my purchase even though it was a walk-in. Thanks Andrew!

Friendly staff, helped us acquire our click and collect order and was able to help us purchase a few extra items with no pushing to upsell.

Okay, so Scorptec is actually a really nice place, their customer service is the best, they actually help you find exactly what you're looking for and they are super friendly, and the ambiance inside Scorptec is quiet and relaxing.

Scorptec are an excellent option for good pricing and fast service.

The team are helpful and it’s great if you know what you want and when you want it.

Large range of products with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Pricing is generally competitive and shipping of my order was fast. I did have an issue with my product but they handled my warranty/return claim promptly and it was a trouble-free experience.

Super happy with their customer service, will be a returning customer.

June 2021 - Once again they put extra effort into a warranty claim I had.
I recommend using them.

The ordering process is a pain, but they took that extra step to ensure we were happy. I've been before and I'll continue using their services.

Click and collect is very fast with generally competitive pricing. They have a great range of products. Recommended.

Scorptec is where you want to go for all your computer needs. Amazing and friendly customer service, great prices, on site repairs if required, and anything else computer related you can think of, Scorptec will be able to assist you with ease and for a great price. I highly recommend them and will be shopping there in future for all my computer needs.

(Covid, click and collect) Small store. Definitely not a store to window shop in. Staff are willing to help, it's recommended to go in there with an idea of what you want however.

These guys are brilliant to deal with. Used to be a Centre com customer but these guys are loads better. Willing to help you with every step of your purchase.

Sometimes they don't have the product in stock as they are the smaller store in the chain, but they always deliver top notch service and good competitive pricing.

Scorptec is generally good as a computer parts store. You should be aware about certain rules, as this is not an "open interface" shop like your neighbourhood grocery store. It's very similar to other budget computer part stores. The prices are good, same as the choice.
