Great service, decent pricing.
Ordered a GPU and the guy was walking towards my car with it as I was pulling up.
Ordered a replacement CPU at the last minute about half an hour before closing time and they were happy to slot me in for a pickup so I didn't have to make two trips.

Experience purchasing parts here to replace the DOA parts from an MSY purchased list of parts was night and day.

These guys are rarely that much over competitors on pricing. Well worth it.

Service was great over the phone even with me getting overexcited and asking for eta on the same day as the order

The ONLY store for true PC enthusiasts. Always brilliant in service, reasonable in pricing and wonderful to deal with. Going anywhere else for your specialised components will be an exercise in futility.

Terrible service, seemed like he didn't want to provide service to me and was also bland and short of answers.on the spot it seemed like i was getting rushed although i waited my time in line, would not recommend and am not going to this store again.

They certainly have a good range at good prices, but you certainly don't go there for customer service at the moment. Awful. I will likely go elsewhere so I can get good advice.

Service was very slow. They only allow a couple of people in at a time. All orders were supposed to be done online and pick up only at store. Guys were coming in to do orders in store and taking a lot of time. We should not have to wait in a line to pick up while people do not follow Scorptec guidelines, this inckudes the staff. The staff should be telling peolle to order online only.

Scorptec is my go-to retailer for day today computer parts. They are often the best price or close to it.

More importantly for me is the service, returning product is relatively easy if you have been fair. Their Tech knowledge is respectable, but obviously not strategic.

I came in today wanting to order a certain part and just wanted to check I was getting the right equipment, when I approached the team member I asked him if I could ask a question about this bit of equipment and from start to finish The team member was just dis interested and it came across really rude, didn’t leave a great impression.

2 stars because the other older guy serving customers seemed really nice.

I've ordered a few items over the years. Great service and updates on stock availablity and delivery. Always friendly to deal with. Prices are comparable to other popular vendors.

Staff are great in serving and working out what you needs may be.
Can get the equipment built in a very good time. Have dealt with this store for over 10 years.

Customer service need to be improved. Don't get me wrong, this store is quiet nice, but the arrogant staff ruined it all, will never go back, what a shame.

Scorptec has been my go to store for PC parts for over 10 years. Their pricing is extremely competitive and being able to drive 10 minutes down the road to pick up whatever I need means I don't have to wait on postage.

Great range of products at Scorptec and very reasonable prices. Nice showroom with plenty to see on display. I've found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

These guys are very knowledgeable about their comp stuff. Would definitely recommend. They've got almost everything PC related too.

The guys have been able to help me out a few times now.everyone that I've dealt with have been friendly, professional and haven't hesitated going the extra distance to get me up and running faster

Great place to go when you need an item quicker than PCCG's can process their order, although it may be more pricey.

A shiny showroom, a great website, helpful staff, but not always the best prices for what I was looking at. Still got some parts there as they had stock, and their opening hours were slightly longer than other places.
Their warranty service is apparently also extremely good, which is often a concern for PC and parts stores, so this is definitely somewhere I'd shop again.

Great service. The scorptec team are always friendly and helpful. My mum sometimes buys stuff from them and they are especially patient and helpful to her.
