Scoopy Milk Bar reviews
69Food was good but items were missing from the menu. It was also overly loud which ruined the ambience for what would be a nice location
I liked how you could get different sizes. I had the strawberry bingsu in a small size. Nice and light, not too sweet (i didn't add condensed milk).
For those who do not know - Bingsu is an amazing Korean dessert made of shaved ice and sweet toppings like fruits, jelly, condensed milk, etc

We had most amazing bingsu last night @scoopymilkbar (swipe for pics️)
There are many flavours to choose, we picked the classics-
- royal Taro
- Sweet Mango

.
They came with condensed milk on the side, which we of course poured and it was perfect sweetness.

So if you haven’t tried BINGSU yet, do so and head to @scoopymilkbar
I was trying to find some place in Melbourne that had Bingsu (korean dessert) and this was very close to what I was looking for.
The atmosphere is nice and the place looks beautiful.
Great little place tucked away, if you haven't had bingsu before, this is a great place to begin your addiction
Went to this tucked away place on the recommendation of a friend.
Never tried Bingsu before, but I think it's a Korean word for a dessert similar to an ice kacang, or shaved ice dessert. However, these desserts were much smoother than normal shaved ice dishes. Their shaved ice machines are branded "Snoway".
Really good dessert, recommend you seek it out. But expect to wait.
We went on Saturday 9: 40pm and had to wait 15min to get in, and they stop orders at 10: 30pm.
Oh, my favourite of the 3 we ordered was the chocolate
Food is nice. But very hard to find the place. We spent 1.5h to find it and unfortunately there was no way to contact the bar.
Came here for the "2 for 1 promotion", was overcharged $2.50. Waited 45min from 4PM to place the order. Asked for 2 small taro for takeaway and tapped my card to pay. The EFTPOS machine did not display the price, nor did the cashier mention it. Realised I was charged $13.50, so $2.50 extra. Spoke with staff. They advised the takeaway is one standard size, same as the Noodle Market Price. This isn't the noodle market. Asked to see the size difference. It's about the same as a small size. Got the order 15 min later. Really not worth waiting 1 hour in this heat just to get overcharged. Wasn't as much as a bargain as expected. The price difference was never communicated to me until I brought it up. There was no disclaimer on this post or at the store. Not happy.
