Great customer Service, friendly staff and lovely Bingsu choices with various toppings. I chose Mango and Taro Bingsu and we shared Melon. They were all refreshing and colourful! Thank you! Great to order via QR code also.

Dessert was good but really pricy. One good thing is that there are 3 sizes to choose from. Now, it has surcharge on weekends.

Had the store’s popular item, royal taro and it was awesome! The shaved ice was so fine and it’s one of the finest I’ve had in Melbourne so far. I’ll be back to try the other flavours.

We ordered the Sunny Mango and it was absolutely delicious! I loved every bite of it! And i had such a great time eating here and chatting with my friends. The staff are really lovely and the service was fantastic!

Very smooth and creamy sulbing, rich in flavour. We ordered matcha and thai milk tea. Both were great especially the thai milk tea is a must-try. They also accept liven payment - great value if having liven deal!

I been having dessert here since the beginning. The bingsu gets better everytime we come and always delicious. Definitely a must try.

If you havent been here yet WHAT ARE YOU DOING! Ive had bingsu before but nothing like this, the desserts here are truly delicious, Ive had mango, honeydew, and thai and theyre all amazing. Staff are very friendly and approachable, you dont have to wait long for the dessert. Everything is quick and efficient here and its for that reason I''ll never stop coming to scoopy!

I had 2 flavor, strawberry and Thai milk tea.strawberry was nice but Thai milk tea wasn’t so sweet but it was exactly Thai milk tea flavour. Topping choice and volume is good!

Yummy bingsu with toppings like jelly, pearls, popping pearls, mochi etc. I liked the taro that's more milky, and my friend liked the honeydew that's fruity and summery. Great with Liven deals as well.

Really did not enjoy the matcha bingsu here, tasted weird, the hojicha bingsu was much better. Though probably won't visit this place again in the future, it was only worth it with the liven promo. A very popular spot.

Although a busy night, this cozy venue provided delicious Bingsu and beverages, the staff work efficiently despite the line of people trying to get in, it's well worth the wait!

We have ordered delivery multiple times during our numerous lockdowns and never once has it disappointed! Every flavour we've had has been amazing and flavourful. Our favourites have to be hoji mama and their new honeydew bingsu.
Huge shout out to the Scoopy for coming up with the lockdown unlock deliveries and bringing desserts all over Melbourne for us, even those of us who usually don't get deliveries because we're too far from the CBD!

A star for every time I have visited this year Their product is not a new concept but they do it perfectly. The ice is so creamy. How do you do it Scoopy?

Ordered uber eats delivery. It was super cold when it came and all the topping were packaged separately to preserve freshness. Very delicious, can’t wait to order again!

So happy we have Scoopy Milk Bar in Melbourne! Everything that is served out of this place is delicious!

Their takeaway Bingsu is always packed in a very clean and neat manner and so cute with the little containers for all the condiments. Everything also keeps well, even when we don’t eat everything right away.

The team is so friendly and polite.

Absolutely love this place, get my bubble tea and dessert fix all in one. Without fail, every lockdown I order from these guys through their postcode unlock service. Current faves are the Royal Taro and Hoji Yama.

We got the taro & honeydew friend sized scoops between the four of us and it was sooo delish! Loved the vibe, awesome space and will definitely be bringing more people here!

Went here on a busy Sunday night the place was absolutely packed, but due to the covid rules pretty much everyone has to order for takeaway and eat outside either standing or sitting on the ground.

Still everything we ordered came out in a timely manner.

The shaved ice isn't any special in my opinion, quite average.

The drinks we ordered was made extremely sweet and didn't taste too nice.
Overall an average experience.

Great experience, friendly staff doing all the right things with QR code scanning, social distancing. Above all, really enjoyed the Mango, Matcha, Melon and Chocolate versions of shaved ice.
