Got my delivery during lockdown 4.0! It was delivery in a timely manner and the delivery staff were so lovely! The bingsu itself was very nice and had beautiful flavour - add the toppings and condensed milk AND oh my word, made it all the more better! Thank you Scoopy, I look forward to my future orders:)

My absolute favourite dessert place! Been here a couple times before lockdown and it’s such a hidden gem. The place is tucked away in the small lanes of Melbourne, but the place and vibes are immaculate. They tend to get quite busy during peak times but definitely worth the wait and hype! Since lockdown they have been doing delivery and have been the highlight of my week getting scoop into their delicious shaved iced

Now this is customer service. So I was told that delivery would be Thursday, but I ordered for today (miscommunication). When I called up and requested delivery today as it was special, though our area comes under a Thursday delivery they took my name and asked me to contact their head office.

So I left a message on their FB page and Me thinking it’s ok let it be Thursday.

And then just now the bell rings, Voila delivery!
What a pleasant surprise. Delivered today itself.

You just can’t skip Taro

Best bingsu in Melbourne! I've had bingsu at a number of different places in Melbourne, and hands down Scoopy is the best. They have many flavours available, and the flavours are actually strong and tasty.

Now that Melbourne is in lockdown, we got it delivered, and even via delivery, the taste is immaculate! The taro and hojicha flavours are a must try. And to top it off, customer service is amazing. Definitely recommend in store and via delivery!

Very hard to find been cruising around for a while.
Had to ask people around no one new about the place, even delivery guys. Ones I found it, even harder to figure out if that’s the right place as no signs no boards with a name on it. Wasn’t taste great either, Totally disappointed.

We are frequent customers at Scoopy and were so happy to find that they were doing deliveries out to our area during Melbourne’s 4.0 lockdown. Ordering through Mr. Yum was so easy, everything came packed so well and we were even able to send some Scoopy to our friends in another suburb! Highly recommend the Mork chocolate, Taro, Mango and Coffee ones! Just as delicious as having it at the dessert bar. Thank you for what you’re doing for us in lockdown, Scoopy team!

I absolutely love their bingsu, it's like a party in your mouth! There's a clash of several textures from the velvety ice-cream, popping pearls, creamy condense milk and chewy mochi. My favourite is the Sunny Mango: P

Scoopy’s bingsu are delightful - light, flavoursome without being too sweet, generous with toppings. Delivery to my suburb during lockdown was such a treat.

Scoopy milk bar is the best knowing that I can still enjoy being at home and getting it delivered all the way from Melbourne city, if you love matcha it’s the best and the taste is so good, my kids enjoyed the taro as they like more sweeter taste so amazing had to try nearly all flavours but it’s worth it.

Another lockdown saved by Scoopy! No seriously, after recieving the bad news of the extended lockdown the celebration bingsu turned into anti-anxiety bingsu. We've ordered from Scoopy many times during last year's lockdown and their delivery service is always excellent. The bingsu is amazing. The new flavour Honey Dewd is so good, highly recommended if you love Honeydew milk tea. As usual the Royal Taro is our all time favourite. Now we're chilling and chilly after our amazing worth it treat.

Wonderful flavours and ingredients combined. The hidden location was very charming and full of plants as well!

Came here for dessert on a weeknight and the place was pumping and for good reason! We ordered:
Strawberry Bingsu - tastes kind of like froyo, biscuits were fresh and the rice balls were nice a chewy!
Taro Bingsu - definitely the highlight for me! Potent taro flavour with chewy rice balls, pearls and jellies. Highly reccomended!
Staff are super enthusiastic and friendly!

Excellent staff and customer service! There was a queue but we didn’t have to wait that long to be seated. The guy who took care of us was genuine and really professional all the way. He asked if it was our first time and we’ve tried bingsu several times when it was at HWKR food court but it was our first visit at this one. He explained how everything worked and was polite and patient. Bingsu was yum and we always go for matcha with extra strawberry mochi. I’d give 6+ stars if I had an option.

Simply amazing. Great shaved ice desserts. So light they are almost impossible to believe. Large. Selection of flavours with many additional toppings. Perfect to share with close friends.

Had the Thai milk tea bing su and Milo shake. Was all amazing. It was all amazing, and definitely want to go back and try the other flavours.

The texture of the ice is pretty amazing. Can order various sizes which is good. The small size perfect for 1 person. Not too much
