Sarawak Kitchen reviews
80 I really like the food. I ordered Nasi Pattaya.
It came wrapped beautifully in omelet. I recommend this dish who wants something flavourful and spicy.
It’s located on Elizabeth and very easy to spot. Opened late night and very close to tram spot.
Its not a big restaurant (didnt see the top floor space). The food was delicious and some of us couldnt finish the serving we got. Well worth the money and def will do a revisit.
Great food plus $:) I've been here few times already! They have special menu during the day and it's really cheap (and tasty)
I got the Hainanese chicken rice and it was honestly one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten. The customer service was also exceptional. Can't recommend this place enough!
Great food at great prices. Friendly staff aswell. Can't wait to try other dishes on their menu.
This authentic sarawak cuisine is good and has extended to other Malaysian delicacies.
Typical sarawak, a Malaysian State in Borneo, delicacies one must try is sarawak laksa and kolomee.
Really nice food and good service - food comes out pretty fast. If only the place was a little bigger haha I felt a little cramped!
Good service. I had the Pataya? Seafood fried rice that was wrapped with a fried omelette with some sweet chilli sauce. Rice and egg fried beautifully, however probably 2/3 prawns and a 3/4 absolutely tiny pieces of cuttlefish which is barely there. Ontop of that there was a $1 credit card surcharge for an $11.90 meal! Even my fav coffee place don't do that for a $5 Latte! Outrageous! You won't see me back.
The food is nice and decent place if you live near this place like the apartment clawed empire. The apartment is also good.
Well prepared soup and Sarawak noodles with lots of ingredients, very fulfilling taste with the rice dishes, would recommend bat kut teh, curry fish and hainanese rice. Quick service. Awesome refreshments. The prices are average but the happy hour comes with cheaper price, 30 EFTPOS. Clean interior, pleasant.golden chicken rice crispy hard, harsh on jaw and bowel
Best Malaysian food and great price. Nasi lemak is the best. Nice place and great location and convenient parking
Absolutely delicious food. The staff was more than happy to explain parts of the menu that I had trouble understanding. Had the curry fried vermicelli it was amazing.
Good was not bad, but waitresses were very unfriendly. Wondering there was a changed of the staff, they were so unlike those previous staff working there.
Bad customer service with unfriendly waitress.the food was very tasteless and bbq pork tasted old.never come back again.
The waitress must have forgot our order because it took so long that people who came later than us have finished their lunch and our lunch is not completed served yet.
Food here was amazing.
Noodles with vegies, egg and chiken was great.
All the other dishesh my friend had were also great.
The place is always busy.
5-8 min walk from Federation sq.
Service was failrly quick and place was clean.
Staff had no sense of greeting, they were not rude.
Portion was so big I felt like I was getting two dishes. Tried stir fried flat noodles with fish cake, egg.name was like char kew tauy? I've tried same dishes from many other places, but this was the best ever!
Normal food. But overall destroy by their rude stuff. We pay money to enjoy food, not pay money to see all of your stuff LanSi face.
Food was very very oily. The meat tasted old. 1 star because the rice was edible and came out hot. Crispy pork was disgusting and tasted like eating pure salt crystals. BBQ pork had no flavour and had a cardboard like texture.
Terrible service and very rude attitudes. Be mindful with the amount they try to charge you.
I ordered 2 meals to take away total $23 and I have agreed to pay the $1 surcharge, but the girl at the counter told me it was $32 in total. The restaurant was quite noisy and she was not very load so I double checked with her and she repeated the amount again, $32! I open the menu and calculated the bill in front of her and so she finally said "yes $24" (with a " I did tell you $24" face)! It is really a ridiculous and unbelievable experience. Will definitely not go back ever again! Would give them minus 5 if it was an option.
