Super friendly staff, food is very reasonably priced and a good amount of options. Meals came out very timely particularly given how busy it was. Food was super tasty, lamb cutlets were the winner for the night.

Highly recommend. I booked for a group of 30 for a birthday party in the beer garden. Lovely atmosphere and setting. Everyone loved their meal and all meals came out in a very reasonable time. Friendly service.

Great pub for locals and newcomers alike. The sort of place you kick yourself for not visiting sooner. Down to earth service, good food, great prices. A real asset to the neighbourhood.

Came here for the first time and it wont be the last! From the awesome Parma to the cold beers on tap, welcoming smiles and an outdoor dog friendly beer garden, The Royal Oak ticks all the boxes and more. The new owners, Gigi & Dean, made us feel at home as soon as we stepped in and the sense of community around the place was great to see. All I can say is thank you! We will be back! +

Food was good as ever. Lovely chicken, fisherman's feast, steaks and Parma. New owners but they have kept the winning ways of old. Great night, and really comfortable chairs.

Absolutely wonderful meal. The size of the rump steaks is mind boggling. Great atmosphere as well as lovely staff.

Best pub meal in Ballarat and a good pub to drink in too. Pool table and beer Garden make it even better. Also great bar/kitchen staff. 5 Stars!

Lovely meal, just like a home cooked meal, don't change anything, we all cleaned our plates! Enough said!
