Very happy to get my beloved red boots back as good as new after a nasty oil stain. The other quote I had was nearly $200 more, and although it still wasn’t cheap by any means it was a great job, and their communication was excellent. I just wish I bought the Dior Glasses they had when I had the chance!

I recently sent my vintage Prada bag for repair at RBS. The service is exceptional as staff keep you in the loop by emailing and calling you to inform you of the process and the service they will do to repair your bag. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and service, thank you.

Exceptional service, extremely professional and knowledgable about their products and services. My very expensive "cream" coloured Gucci wallet which is about 5 years old was still in immaculate condition apart from the fact that it was covered in dirt and grime (from handling and sitting inside my bag) and was more grey than cream. Royal Bag Spa were commisioned to clean the leather and restore it to its original condition. I was concerned about hardening of the leather and was explained that this was a possibility. The final result was amazing. The wallet looked like the day it was purchased. It is back to its original cream colour and there was no hardening of the leather. Well worth the expense especially for an item which is not only expensive but has sentimental value. I highly recommend Royal Bag Spa. Thank you so much for looking after me and for rejuvinating my Gucci wallet!

Had a wonderful experience. Very happy with the fast and professional service. I dropped a bag off to shorten a chain strap at about 11am on a Saturday and was advised I would get a phone call from the manager soon to advise of cost. I got a call within 40mins and was advised bag would be ready same day if not Monday. Within an hour I got a text to advise bag was ready. The length was exactly what I had requested even though the Manager wasn't there at drop off. I would definitely being using Royal Bag Spa again.

I send my saddle bag for repair. It had a quite bad scratch and coming back with a minor mark which was informed when I sent the bag to the shop. Before I went, they replied my message within an hour on Messenger. Cost was quite resealable too. Will highly recommend this place!

Great service. I took my Sophie Hulme bag in to have the handle repaired and they said it would be approx.up to 2 weeks but I got it back in a few days. Also I couldn't even tell which part was new as the repair was done so well.
