Royal Bag Spa Handbag & Leather Jacket Cleaning Repairs

A bottle of kombucha leaked into my bag and it smelled like actual roadkill. They were honest about the potential outcome (that the stain might not completely come out) but when I got it back, it looked brand new! They also repainted all the leather because some of the paint had flaked off due to the kombucha explosion. I’m very happy with the results & would recommend. It’s well-priced for the care they take with it & meticulous restoration.

I took my bag into Chanel and the lady recommended getting it fixed at Royal Bag. I was a little concerned about posting it in but the team at Royal Bag have everything covered with insurance etc. They also answered my questions on if it would impact the feel of the leather etc. They did an AMAZING job. The corners are so much better and the bag looks incredible again. Thanks for the great craftsmanship!

The best service I could find in Melbourne. I have a lambskin pants which I had accidentally made some water spot on it. I have visited several places before and none of them could fix it properly.
This is the only place which solve my problem. High Recommended for its leather clean service.

They cleaned the mold out of very pretty leather bag I found at an opshop.it seemed to take a while but they persevered:)

I had an old Gucci bag from 2005 that I had used like crazy for about six years and then I moved to America for about nine years so I just got it out of storage a few months ago and it looked worn… Some of the bamboo from the handle was broken off but I had saved the leather was worn and faded the handle was very dirty. Sister in law who works in luxury goods recommended I send it to royal bag spa and it was amazing… I received it back last week and it is shiny and you and the handle is fixed it is just fantastic the color which was pretty hot pink is back again and the leather feels fantastic! It was absolutely on the ball in regards to communication and always very sweet and accommodating. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys!

I've had two bags altered/repaired at Royal Bag Spa. The staff are thorough in helping determine how the alteration/repair will be done. The work on both bags is imperceptible and they were also very reasonably priced. Happy to recommend.

Prompt responses, quote details, contact during process was on-point, fast servicing of my bag (hairdresser accidentally drop black hair dye on fuchsia Valentino bag!) but most of all.my bag looked even better than it did before I sent it! Its just beautiful and new looking. Highly recommend their magic.

Pleasantly surprised! My bag had some rubbing on the corners which they were able to make less noticeable, and they also restitched a thread that had come off. I was actually thinking of selling the bag because the problems bothered me too much, but now that it’s been repaired, I can’t wait to take my bag out when lockdown is over.

This was my first time getting a luxury bag repaired, so I was a bit nervous, but the whole process was really comfortable. Alex was super easy to communicate with, from the initial quote to receiving my bag back via post. Despite COVID restrictions being in place, the whole process only took about a week, which was way faster than I had expected.
