I was amazed how my Prada bag was completely transformed after Royal Bag Spa worked their magic. The bag needed to be cleaned and the wear to the corners repaired. It was looking very ordinary when I left it with them and I was a little sceptical that it could be repaired. I was beyond thrilled when I received my bag from them. It looks so good, no sign of marks or wear. The leather repairs to the corners is mind blowing. It looks brand new. I can highly recommend Royal Bag Spa.

They responded to my initial request for quote email with 24 hours (where as other places took 1.5 weeks), they were very accommodating to my timeline and their price is super competitive and good value! Needed to get an item authenticated. Contacted Royal Bag Spa through the online form on their website and received a reply the same day within a 30 minute window from Alex.

All questions answered transparently and thoroughly.

Once the authentication process was complete, my item was shipped back with great care and packaging to ensure the item wasn't damaged during transit. It was posted with express shipping and a tracking code which was great.

I needed to have discolouration in my much loved leather jacket fixed. I received higher quotes from others and was told that there is no guarantee that the discolouration would be fixed. In contrast, I found Royal Bag Spa reasonably priced and they did an amazing job with my leather jacket. I live in Sydney and the process of mailing my jacket to them in Melbourne and back was smooth. They are so professional and friendly. I cannot recommend highly enough!

I had sent my vintage designer bag to Royal bag spa for a few repairs one of which included the leather being repaid after some deep scuffs as it was a vintage item i was hesitant but was reassured my item was in good hands.
Received my item back in a week to date and it was flawless, so I was super happy with the condition it had come back in!

A great experience, with a quick 1 week return. After visiting another CBD leather repair, this store was more affordable. My bag was very damaged but it is now brand new again, will return for future repairs!

Brought this lovely BVLGARI bag for my wife in April.fantastic price looked brand new.within 2 weeks the strap had broken off.so I took the bag back told them lovely lady what had happened and showed her broken strap.
And straight away she would ashore me that it would be taken care of and fixed straight away. I gave her my address and phone number for them to post out to me within a week free of charge.
And the strap was fixed perfectly at no extra charge. So kind and officiant and handled with the upmost of care. Thanks so kindly!

I was so impressed with the repair of the zip on my favourite bag. They did not need to change the whole zip just the metal part. So clever! I took another bag to them a few years ago when they were situated in Collins Street and they did a fabulous job on dyeing my bag - it looked brand new!
