Royal Bag Spa Handbag & Leather Jacket Cleaning Repairs

I took a vintage bag that I hoped was an authentic Chanel to be checked by Royal Bag Spa. They were friendly and fast and the report they provided gave great detail. Regardless of the outcome, the paperwork is spot on and it provides great piece of mind for a small fee. Would highly recommend!

I wish I would have taken a picture before the repair.a friendly pet rabbit in my friends house couldn't resist to nibble the strap of one of my favourite handbags.
I never ever would have thought, that this is repairable.nor that it's nearly impossible to find where the damage had been.
It's absolutely incredibly perfect and this skilled guys made me super super happy.

I’m sure this place does very good servicing and cleaning. However, if you have never used their services before, I wanted to post that I was quoted $280 per bag for a clean. I never would have bothered going there if I had known these were the kind of prices involved.

I could not be happier with this service my precious bags look brand new, I am beyond happy with the results thank you for taking such care to restore my precious bags to their original condition.

I have just purchased a bag off of their online store. They shipped instantly and sent me a personal email with the tracking same day. The box the bag was shipped in was absolutely beat up by the time it arrived, so could have used a sturdier box for shipping such expensive items.
Overall not bad. My issue was with the obvious fact that the bag had not been cleaned prior. There were crumbs and debris throughout, and the leather was dry so I had to condition it myself. I just would’ve expected that for the premium price you’re paying they could at least give the bags a quick clean and condition. 3 stars for that but very happy otherwise!

Bag restored to brand new. Will definitely use their service again as I couldn’t be happier with the result and fast service.

I have purchased quite a few gorgeous handbags from this fabulous store before. There customer service is absolutely top notch. I ordered a lovely Mui Mui bag on Tuesday, I live in Sydney. I had the bag with me on Wednesday! And, this is their regular service. I didn't expedite it. Just brilliant shopping experience. As usual, the bag I bought looked better than the photos! Definitely will be shopping here more.

My handbag of 11 years with a suede interior, had a very grubby internal appearance and I didn’t think it could ever be restored to an ‘as new’ condition. I was wrong!

Royal Bag Spa absolutely transformed my bag to its as new condition. The previously stiff, dirty suede is now soft and plush. The roller ball pen stain in the base has been removed too!

Should you have a Handbag or other leather products that are in need of repair or restoration even if you think the item concerned is “past its use by date, I would recommend that in the first instance you take it to Royal Bag Spa and let them have a look. I have taken at last count 5 leather items and the quality and the workmanship of restoration has to be seen to be believed. Highly, highly recommended.
