Picked up a new Tiguan from Ringwood Volkswagen last Friday, Ian Bowman was great to work with and made the whole sales process very easy.

I had an absolute disappointing repair experience. Waited few weeks for a repair and realised I have a good patience level.

Tried buying a car here a few years back after making an appointment and was left waiting with no one showing any interest. Returned with the car I bought elsewhere for servicing as it is closer and convenient. Service department just as bad. Dreadful service. Won't be back.

Went and saw James in the used-car department. I was interested in a 2014 Passat Alltrack, 120k on the clock. He hardly seemed interested in selling the car, literally telling me the car was so unique it will be sold within a week. I left and went to look at other cars and he didn't even bother to follow up to see how I went. Anyway, 7 weeks later the car is still there, and thanks to James I went elsewhere and bought a better, newer car for not much more money! Maybe next time don't be so cocky, make an effort and you may actually sell a car, James...

Darcy at the service centre was extremely helpful, thorough and professional! He initially assisted us with an issue with a VW purchased from another dealership, and his customer service and level of professional care was outstanding! Darcy’s exceptional service was what brought us back to Ringwood Volkswagen when we needed an additional vehicle.
As a female I have never felt like I was treated differently, or taken advantage of. Every service so far has been painless and there has never been any additional or questionable charges on our services!
Cannot recommend them enough!

I recently purchased a used VW Golf R from the Ringwood dealership, and was greatly impressed by the consistently high level of service I received from the team. Hoa was friendly, courteous, responsive, honest and above all, highly professional when it came to telling me about the car, organising a test drive, and negotiating the sale. Similarly, Colin made obtaining vehicle finance easy and straightforward, explaining the whole process, as well as providing a competitive loan package.

I would highly recommend VW Ringwood to others, and would deal with them again in future.

Great experience with Hoa and the used car team! This is my second coming to Ringwood Volkswagen to buy a car. Last time was for my friend and this time is for my wife. I just bought a VW caddy for work from the commercial sales manager Simon and arranged finance through them and dealt with Balin. They were both very professional and I am happy with the deal Simon gave me. I can highly recommend him for a VW commercial vehicle.

Dont bother getting your car serviced here. They are more concerned with selling you a new windscreen wiper or tyres than fixing customer queries. Agree with another review.misleading and deceptive conduct! Avoid

Great service, I received new car delivery service for a used car. My expectation going in was to sign a few papers, be given the keys and told the car is over there somewhere. But I was very wrong. The car was very well presented, the sales rep took his time to explain the features of the car and was very friendly. Overall a very satisfying experience. Thanks Hoa and all staff at Ringwood VW.

Mick helped me find a spare part for my car, he was super helpful and didn't make me feel stupid because I'm a girl which is a nice change from the usual guys running the spare parts departments at dealerships. Got the part shipped in a few hours after placing the order too which was fantastic. Great customer service! Very impressed

Terrible- car was supposed to arrive last month and I cannot get them to call me back.

Purchased the car a month ago, only communication I have received is to up sell on everything from tinting to tyre insurance.

If there are delays you would expect a phone call or something. Service is just non exsitant, turned what should be an enjoyable purchase into a major hassle.

What a great experience I had today, I dealt with Simon for the sale of my new van and Colin in the finance department, Every thing went smooth. Will be purchasing upgrades on the other two vans we have in the future and will definitely see the team again.
