Lovely staff, very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive without being pushy. Wa was great to deal with. Provided more than I expected when handing over the car; a bit of ceremony (photos/unveiled the car), making sure our phones were connected, we understood what features we had and the nuances of using them. Such an easy thing to say "you paid, here you go", but they go so much further. Thanks for selling us our "adult car".

I picked up our Tiguan All space Comfort-line yesterday thanks to Carlo, Jason, and the team at Ringwood Valkswagan. They (Carlo & Jason) provided an admirable service from ordering the car till handing over while waiting for me till I come after work to pick up the vehicle. Carlo took generous time for handing over function while explaining each functionality of the car where he made me very comfortable with the new car which I have never driven. I am happy and appreciate the effort he puts in this task. They are prompt in communication, masters in vehicle valuation and expert in looking after customers and carry the real sense of the Motto of Ringwood Volkswagen “Customer is the First”.

I purchased a second hand car from here. The salesman Carlos was fantastic. He kept me fully informed along the way (due to covid lockdown restrictions). I took it for a test drive with Karl and was very happy with. The car was very clean when I test drove it. When I went to pick it up, Karl said they made sure it was fully detailed for me, and it certainly was. It looked and smelt like a brand new car, inside and out and it is a 5 year old car. My wife and I were extremely happy with how the car was presented by Carlos and Karl. We had a small issue with the car a few days later and Carlos arranged to have it immediately fixed for free. This is the best experience I have ever had with a car yard and will be back there when looking for another car.

Really impressed by the service at Volkswagen Ringwood. Jason went the extra mile and manually checked their database to see if the Tiguan in the colour we wanted was available and he found out it was actually docking! Otherwise, other dealers were telling us we would have to wait until November for our car. Emily was delightful to deal with for tinting and paint protection. Carlo and Karl were also very thorough and patient going through the features of our car in the delivery.

Today I took possession of my Amarok after carrying out the deal via email during lockdown with Hoa who made the whole process easy and surprisingly pleasant. Hoa without doubt provided the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Purchased a new Amarok. The car was damaged before delivery. Most of what was promised was not fitted. Salesman had little product knowledge. If you have a problem with your brand new car this dealer is the worst I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve purchased many cars. They also don’t tell you about the amarok reverse problems. Power in reverse is limited to 200nm completely useless if you need to back uphill with a load.

So happy with my new Tiguan. Got a great deal at Ringwood Volkswagen. Wayne was extremely helpful in explaining all the optional extras and went out of his way to walk me through the options. Carlo was amazing when I picked it up - he went overtime to go through every detail with me and answering my endless questions. The kids love it - they've been sitting in the car whilst its parked in the driveway instead of the couch! Lol
