I bought my Volkswagen T-Cross from Ringwood Volkswagen. Carlo was amazing! From the moment I started talking to him, he made me feel at ease and actually spoke to me about the car (rather than to my husband) and explained the features that were the most important to me. Tom in the finance department was great too, so efficient and made applying for finance so easy! When I picked up my car, the handover was extremely thorough and I was introduced to not only the service department but the GM too. I would definitely recommend Ringwood Volkswagen, especially Carlo.

After a not-so-great experience buying my car at VW Ringwood, one person has really changed my opinion of the place, and that person is Hayley. She went completely above and beyond for me from assisting me with finding a dealer open on the weekend, to calling me every step of the way while my car was in repairs, to looking after my extended warranty insurance claim. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for Hayley, and her very kind, caring and empathetic attitude completely set her apart from other VW dealerships that I have spoken to. I walked into Ringwood Volkswagen on Thursday, we could not walk through the showroom due to Covid, however was greeted enthusiastically by Carlo. Carlo was a pleasure and wealth of knowledge to deal with from start to finish. I needed a car asap, i knew what i wanted was a T-Roc and Carlo didn't waste my time and went through what they had in stock right now. Carlo had exactly what i wanted in stock and the paperwork was signed. By Monday the car was ready for me to pick up and a beautiful Pink Bow on 'my car' awaited my arrival. Loved that touch!
