What a great dealer! I had an excellent experience with them before and after purchase. A few days before the latest lockdown I visited the dealership to inspect a second-hand Hyundai that was pretty much exactly what I was looking for and well priced. When I went in Hoa was super helpful and transparent and despite me obviously showing interest in the car (which I love) I did not feel pressured at all to buy. I decided the next day to purchase the car and when I went to collect it they had it 'wrapped' with a gift inside! After driving the car home I noticed a small problem but then restrictions were introduced and I had no reason to drive it. Long story short when I next took the car out I had to get it towed. Repairs were covered under warranty and the dealer organised the towing there and back. Amazing customer service the whole time. Highly recommended!

I was thrilled with the experience at Ringwood from Carlo and all the team I dealt with. Buying a car in lockdown was a little different but I felt special and had all the information I needed to to make a decision and get tge keys to my car.

Choosing a Golf was easy. Great car. However the service at Ringwood Volkswagen was exceptional. Given the lockdown which followed the purchase i was uncertain how the process would work. Carlo Sorono went above and beyond regular service expectations to assure us the car would be delivered as promised. The payments, registration with Vicroads and delivery were all organised for me. Not an easy process in the circumstances of level 3/4 lockdown. The days when Carlo was not working from the office he made himself available by email and mobile phone and accounts and admin staff worked seamlessly together to make it all happen. Communication between the departments is a credit to the staff. Every phone call was followed up. Every email followed up with a phone call. Delivery was on time and done with the covid requirements adhered to at all times. Very impressive. Many thanks. Love my Golf!

From purchasing to pickup Carlo was very helpful. Sending through a YouTube clip showing all the features and how to operate the car was a great way for me to feel comfortable with my purchase. He made sure the car was ready four days earlier than the original pickup day. Oh and the car is everything I expected and more. Highly recommend!
