Radio Mexico reviews
74 Very hip place where the Small dishes pack a punch of flavors.
There is an outside, inside sitting area with a small bar, good beer selection, plenty of tequila to choose from.
The prices are FAIR, quality is GREAT.
A MUST TRY.
My friends and I went the for dinner. We ordered a round of tacos, from the first bite each of us knew something wasn’t quite right about the food, mind you none of us ordered the same filling.each of us getting a different filling. One steak, one chicken, one fish, one pork etc. I’ve never in my life had such a bad case of food poisoning. Worst experience of my life.
We visited Radio Mexico for a late dinner on a Sat night. They could seat us which was fab and we got in before the kitchen closed. We had tacos and a share platter. Friendly service, busy and really tasty food. Id love to return.
Terrible, ordered on deliveroo the pulled pork plus 4 soft shell tacos which cost me $24. The pulled pork tasted fine but that was it, all you get Is a tub of pulled pork at tortillas. No salsa, no lettuce, no dish design at all just plain pulled pork. Seriously disappointed
I enjoyed my food at Radio Mexico. The atmosphere was good and it was a good place to enjoy food and drink.
I have to say that the guacamole was tasty but it was a more like puree than a traditional guacamole. The corn chips accompanying the guacamole were really nice. The different taco varieties were also very enjoyable.
The service was very good and food came out quickly.
Great place, they have awesome tacos. My favorite was their carne asada, super delicious. I also had the chicken, fish and shrimp, which were all good too. The guacamole was also an amazing combo of creamy and chunky. I also got to meet an amazing staff my night and we went out for more drinks after. Nick and Fallon, you're both awesome!
Great Mexican food! Good service, friendly staff. Food & drinks came really quickly.
There can be a bit of a wait for a table. You can book before 6 but only walk in afterwards. There's plenty of bar spots to sit and get a drink while you wait for a table
Good Mexican food, nice atmosphere and great service. A bit pricey but a nice place for special occasions. I recommend the Carna Asada Taco (hangar steak)
Great experience as always. The staff and service were spectacular, with solid recommendations.
Highly recommend the Quesadillas and also the Lageritas.
Food and service was really quick as well.
Loved it. The soup, yes the soup.bangin'! Bar is well stocked with great choice, menu is plentiful again with great choice and pricing is average for the quality and style provided.
Taste is fine, but is way to expensive for the quantity, I pay $28 and end up very hungry and that come from a guy that weights 61kg and eat less than his wife
It was so delicious!
Nachos and tacos were awesome but the pork belly bbq was greasy so it wasn't for me and my family. However, it also has great beers and cocktails, too. This restaurant was fabulous!
Visited on a Monday evening after work and this place was hopping - perhaps because it was two-for-one daiquiri night - or perhaps because all the Mexico-inspired tapas dishes were all delicious. My friend and I ate our way through about 8 different dishes with gusto - and an equal number of daiquiris! Compliments also to the servers!
Food is amazing here, not cheap but worth it. Monday is 2 for 1 margarita night, so remember to book. Very hip with noise and crowd to match, a good representation of what is still great about St Kilda.
