What an amazing experience I just had at the clinic! Just had my vaccinations for our up and coming Bali trip. Nurse Emina was 1st class! The most comforting and enjoyable injection experience in my life! Definitely going back in a month to get my booster shoots.
And the support staff were incredibly polite and happy!

New to the clinic. Charged an extra $70 and pushed into the long consult bracket simply because appointment went over by 3 minutes. Originally booked a short consult, was given no warning it would be into the long consult territory if the appointment continued. Would definitely have cut short otherwise.

The threshold for being charged for a long consult was 20 minutes and based on recording I was there for 22 minutes.

Never mind the wait time itself was 14 minutes before I got to see a doctor.

Deeply dissatisfied. What a rip off by $70. Total was $160 before Medicare rebate.

After dealing with post hospital daily care for 6 weeks I have had excellent care by the team at the clinic. Friendly knowledgeable and very helpful staff. Big shout out to Emina, Dr. Williams, Dr. Rebecca Wright, Mikeala and Michelle for their care and professionalism. Thank you so much.

Really enjoyed my experience as a first time patient at Prahran East Medical Centre. The centre is beautiful and clean, my morning appointment began precisely on time and Dr. Williams' consultation made me feel confident that I was in experienced hands. I needed a blood test, and was glad to find pathology in the same building accessible without any wait. The radiology is also close by, making the entire experience very seamless.

I had my first visit to this clinic yesterday and had a great experience! From booking the appointment to the friendly staff on reception everything was easy and made me feel welcome.
The doctor I saw was super caring and also organised for the nurse to give me a flu shot. She was lovely and made me feel at ease, even with a needle phobia.
Will definitely be making this my regular GP's.

What a kind, compassionate & empathetic doctor's surgery this is. I visited this surgery for the first time (25yrs with the same doctors surgery) today & was greeted by amazing staff at the counter. From the service I was provided at the time of entering was then followed through with the doctor I seen. He was caring, he listened & most of all he provided me with the most important service & amazing compassion plus sent me away for further tests which my surgery have not done. I will be transferring my file to this surgery (even though I have quite a few problem's) I know that the service I received today has been truely a blessing & I have so much gratitude to making the switch. Thank you

I travel from the northern suburbs to go here. The reception staff are professional and kind and Dr. Martin Williams is the most thorough and caring Doctor I've ever met. I've been going here for 8 years and will continue to do so.

Despite the good reviews, I must say that I'm not very happy with the service here. The doctor was then less empathic person I ever met. He was more worried to not get infected than to check me properly. And in the end, he didn't pay enough attention and the diagnostic was incorrect. Obviously nobody in perfect, that's fine, but the feeling when I was in the consulting room.not what I was expecting definitely.
Not coming back again, at least to this doctor.

This is my first review I've written in my life. I have to get this out of my chest. I've waited for half and hour but that's fine I know they are busy sometimes. When the doctor attended us, is actually for my daughter the doctor didn't even apologize, but that's fine. I told her she need her immunization after a couple of minutes talk about the immunization, she went out for about 10 or so and came back with the shots. Then I told her my daughter had this some skin problem I just wanna check weather is eczema or food allergy, she said it might be eczema not even looking closely, she wash washing her hands. Came back to her seat and told me to make to come another time to see that. I was a bit shocked but it didn't sink in until I got home thinking about it again. I've been here a few times usually they are very friendly, but after today I don't think I'll be coming back again.

What a change from your normal doctors service. Dr Williams was so insightful, caring and didn't rush though my appointment. So happy with the service from the minute I walked in. Great practice that is top of my list, highly recommended

Its a great Clinic! Extremely friendly Doctors and support staff. Amy assisted me the other night when my appointment was running late. Her customer service skills were excellent.

Booked in for 7: 45. Arrived at 7: 45. Was told they tried to call me to say to come later. Showed me the 7 digit mobile number they tried to call me on? ! Really? If you're going to willing to lie to your patients at least be clever about it. Doctor was great but support staff are dishonest.

A very helpful and accommodating clinic. There was a bit of a wait time but the practitioner was thorough and showed empathy. The reception team was helpful and polite.

Extremly terrible service, they arranged you an appointment but let you wait for 1 hour+. No followup for your preview result thus you have to call hundreds of time to get an appointment plus their standard consultation is totally not worth the price. So stear away from this one.

I Have always been looked after at this clinic. I don't mind the pricing as I know that after every consult everything I need to discuss with the doctor will be addressed. I recommend this practice to both my family and friends. Reception staff are always welcoming and helpful.

Dr Paula Moir is an excellent female GP. She is very patient, clear and understanding. Paula is compassionate, professional and overall the best female GP I have experienced. Her ability to make you feel comfortable, demonstrates a caring and nurturing manner. I would highly recommend Dr Paula Moir, particularly for females that appreciate GP's that value patient care.

From my very first appointment I've had nothing but incredible service from the team here. The reception, nurses and doctors are all welcoming and take the time to give you the best service. In a convenient location with on road parking, I highly recommend this practice.
