Excellent service in the last few days before Xmas.
Reception were helpful and very amiable.
They resolved some questions for easily.
Dr. Ha was through and helpful.
Therapy dog was not present, he is a delight when on duty.

Martin Williams is such an impressive GP who conducts himself with such care and professionalism. I love this clinic. The entire team go above and beyond anything I have ever experienced.

Incredibly appalling rude unprofessional dishonest practice manager who lacks empathy, compassion and should not be working in a health care setting.

Told me the doctor would call me but did not say I was being booked in for a consult or charged for it. Refused to tell the doctor I had run out a regular script that I cannot stop taking without severe dangerous withdrawal symptoms. Orders you not to send emails to the clinic if you have any concerns about anything.

Also agree that the practice goes out of its way to charge as much as possible. The doctors will charge you a full appointment fee even if it’s just to obtain a copy of a script which you take regularly anyway.

Any appointment that goes 1 minute over time will be charged at the highest rate. The time you get charged is not just the time you spend in the appointment but everything related to it.

The practice manager is rude she has left me in tears more than once and I feel anxious when I call the clinic as she is so rude I hate talking to her. She doesn’t listen, overtakes you, speaks to you like an idiot, has no compassion, empathy or respect.

Had one of the worst experiences at a GP ever with Dr Carrie. She was very condescending and rude in her approach. Spoke to me like I was a child, and was very dismissive of all issues I brought to her attention, including my stomachs sensitivity to antibiotics. She handed me the script and literally said "these probably won't help you but try them". Didn't mention anything about what to do if they weren't effective or when to come back and see her if my symptoms got worse. Surprise surprise, I got much worse and I started throwing up from the antibiotics. Went back to see a different GP two days later and got some antibiotics & steroids that were actually helpful, and the new GP told me the antibiotics I was taking are known to be problematic for people with sensitive stomachs. My illness had gotten so bad by this stage the new GP was very concerned about me developing pneumonia. This was also a concern I had brought up to Dr Carrie which she brushed off. So not only had Dr Carrie intentionally given me drugs she knew wouldn't work AND made me more ill, but she also ignored my concerns and obvious wheezing and other symptoms for a potentially very serious condition. I will never be back and I don't think anybody else should either.

Doctor Martin Williams is an exceptionally competent general practitioner with a delightful manner with patients. He is thorough and knowledgeable and have complete trust in his advice.

The doctors at this clinic are highly professional, friendly, on time and are very well educated. My family and I have been attending this clinic for many years.

Hands down the BEST medical care. I would not consider going anywhere else. Dr Emily Walsh listens, ensures they understand fully, then act accordingly. Winston is a BONUS!

From the happy, welcoming smile at reception to the 'on-time' call into the doctor's rooms, everything reminded me of what it once was to visit the doctors. I've been 'away' from way before the wretched Covid situation, so to recently return to Melbourne to a friendly happy environment was a way better experience than "going to the doctor's" should ordinarily be.

so called in to Prahran east centre and the very efficient receptionist was able to fit me in and that allowed me to get a script to alleviate the nasty pain i had in my shoulder.

I’ve overall had very good experiences at this clinic and been to 4 different doctors over 2 years. I rarely have to wait very long for my appointment. Doctors are friendly as are all support staff and the nurses. You can usually get in to see someone at short notice.

Prahran East Medical is one of the best G. P.services in Melbourne. The Dr's are polite, empathetic and thouough.particularly Dr Kausman, Dr Sutton, Dr Moir, Dr Toohey and Dr Walsh. It's rare these days to find Dr's that have entered medicine as a career for the right reason, and that is because they care about the health and wellness of fellow people. I know one for example, who used their days off, to administer the virus vaccine. I cannot think of anything but positive things to say about the practice. The receptionists are outstanding! If you are not well, I cannot think of a single reason not to contact the practice. I owe my life to them, and my gratitude for that is gargantuan. The reception staff are outstanding. I have been in many clinics as a long term patient of Dr Kausman, and the reception staff at the previous clinic's cannot hold a candlestick compared to the reception staff at Prahran East Medical. I don't know how the ladies keep up with it. The phone NEVER stops ringing, and each caller id greated with a bright happy welcome, treated with respect and politeness and incredible organisation. I am not an easy patient to deal with, but EVERY SINGLE TIME, the ladies have gone out of their way to help me, whilst still maintaining the same excellent care as they do for me. They are so busy I don't know where they find the time to breathe. Every receptionist there should get an award!

Caring, responsive and thorough. This is the best GP practice I've ever attended. If your preferred GP isn't available, there is always a good doctor who is, even at short notice. They are fantastic.
