Had my booster shot. Was very efficient. I was in and out in 30mins. The only thing was the nurse who administer the vaccine, didn’t swap any alcohol on arm before injecting the vaccine… I was surprised she did it so quickly.no warning what so ever.

If I could give 0 I would. Got my booster and 5 days later they still haven't sent it through to DHHS or Medicare to upload the info to my Vax certificate. Have tried calling multiple times with no answer after being on hold for over 20 minutes each time

Went in for 3rd covid vacc. They were all super helpful, professional, great with their communication and super efficient!

Well organised and efficient medical centre for covid booster - all covid rules adhered to and was seen on time of appointment.

I went and got my booster today and can I just say this was such a well run operation, friendly and efficient nurse checked me in right on time. I only had to wait about 5 minutes until I was called in. I was given my booster, and then was given a ticket telling me the exact time I could leave the clinic (the recommended 15 minutes wait), waiting area is separate from rest of clinic. Such a great set up, would highly recommend.

My wife Margaret and I were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
A chair was found for my wife, who is elderly, while we waited. The medical officers who administered the boosters were friendly and efficient.

Dr Emily & the team were great. They cared & took the time with patients. The booster shot was administered. Updates & uploads to Medicare were explained and the service was very prompt. Highly recommend.

This practice is simply fantastic. I couldn't have been happier with my treatment here. Dr Tina Sutton was terrific and I am sure that the other clinicians are also wonderful

Even though the phones were ringing off the hook during the New Year rush for RATs the receptionist was super helpful and managed to find me an appointment despite being fully booked, due to the nature of my ailment.
Dr. Williams was very thorough, taking time to listen, and taking my concerns seriously. He went the extra mile for me.
I could not rate the appointment more highly.

I am apparently 5 days short of the 4 month period to get a booster. After waiting in the heat outside I was turned away. In what way does this help halt the epidemic?

Waiting times were poor- I booked in for 11: 30 and didn’t get called in until 12pm. Seating in waiting room was quite crammed too.
Staff giving vaccinations were lovely.

For what it is worth, it is a nice medical centre and the staff are courteous.

However it feels a bit much to be charged $60ish for a first appointment that I only got 5 minutes of, and then to be charged the same amount again for a follow up phone call so I can actually know the results of my blood test. Kinda feels like holding my health hostage. Surely the follow up call should be part of that first appointment

The staff including the receptionists, nurses and the doctors are all beyond compare. The care that I have received at every single visit has been exceptional. I had a hard time with my first birth with a lot of issues and Dr Martin and his team handled it all very well. To the extent that I consider him instrumental in making me healthy enough to be able to have another baby. At this centre I know that you will be in great hands, supported by skilled staff and looked after. Always.

Prahran East Medical Centre is simply a terrific, family run practice.
Always met at reception with smiles and a warm welcome. Utmost professionalism and care shown from the nurses. Especially Emina, so compassionate, courteous and full of knowledge. Thank you to Dr Williams for being so attentive, caring and understanding with on going treatment.

Dr Emily Walsh has been our family GP for the past few years and is thorough in her examination whilst also being kind, funny, and thoughtful.
The reception staff are lovely and I've never had an extensive wait time.

Dr Martin Williams is by far the best GP I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He is diligent, caring, and always up to date with the latest evidence based research. As a patient of his for several years now, he has always gone above and beyond to provide care. Thank-you.

I have attended the clinic for the past 10 years, twice during this time with ongoing painful hard to diagnose illnesses. I have seen various Drs over this time and they have never given up on me, always been compassionate and most importantly listened. The last few months I have been under the care of Dr Martin Williams. He has provided exemplary care and a good ear. The ladies at the front desk are also a pleasure to deal with.

Love this place! Super professional but also all the doctors really make you feel at ease. Very thorough and helpful. Highly recommend!

Best receptionists and doctors I have ever dealt with. My regular doctor is Jennifer, very loving and really explains to you with what your situation is, even gives you demonstrations on how to be using specific meds. Martin himself is a great doctor who I have seen a few times now too. Overall great place nice energy, not a daunting typical medical clinic
