Great experience at this medical centre.
The booking process was seamless. The reception staff were lovely, both on arrival & when processing payment. The doctor was one of the best I've seen, he was very thorough, patient, kind & compassionate. I will be coming back here for all my medical needs in future.

Amazing experience here. Emina and all the staff I came across were absolutely wonderful including Dr Martin. Emina was extremely informative, thorough, caring and excellent. A very special mention also needs to go to Winston-the beautiful therapy dog. He added immensely to the already amazing experience. I will be recommending this clinic to all of my friends and family. Thank you for such a positive experience!

The most beautiful medical community you could ask for.

All staff, receptionists, nurses, GPs and allied health are so friendly and I can tell that they really CARE about my medical experience and overall health.

Also super convenient having nurses, pathology etc all on site for much faster results and not wasting time going elsewhere!

I've just moved to Australia and am quite happy with my choice of GP. Dr. Emily was lovely, attentive and quite competent.

Best GP I have ever been too. Dr Martin takes the time to understand and diagnose correctly which in turn means he may run late but this is only because he gives every patient the time required.

My whole family including older parents attend this clinic as Dr Williams is more concerned with patient care than anything else.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews as you wont find a better GP. Keep up the awesome work Dr Williams as it is very much appreciated!

Excellent service from start to finish, I didn’t have a regular doctor, and I now I do! I felt so cared for and that my doctor really listened to me. I highly recommend this practice!

I was happy with the procedure, but while in the after jab waiting room, a couple had been allowed to bring their dog in and proceed to roll its ball around the room for it to chase. I was with my partner who has a serious medical condition and it was making her feel so uncomfortable we had to leave early. I don't think it is at all appropriate to allow dogs into a medical clinic unless they are an assistance dog, which this was clearly not.

Had a Covid19 booster here in the morning. Friendly staff, an efficient and well organised setup (initial check-in, pre and post waiting rooms) with no delay for the booked appointment time. A nurse also came in to the post waiting area to inform the room about post jab care (taking Panadol, drinking a lot of water etc). The entrance for the Covid19 vaccination is actually at 398 High street.

I got my covid booster here. The staff was friendly and the process was efficient. The communication before and during the vaccination appointment was clear and helpful. I am also glad to receive a follow-up email telling me about after-care.

Strongly recommend this medical centre, especially for vaccination!

Fantastic experience using this practice. No problems with getting my vaccine. Got my booster shot the same day as I went in there to enquire about it. Beautiful old building if the aesthetic matters to you.

Brilliant practice for a family. Martin and Paula are excellent. I have also seen a range of the doctors for our children at times of high temperature emergencies, and received consistent professionalism with a warm and caring ethos, particularly with children.
