Dr H. Kasiri was not helpful at all, he was not intrested in the medical problems rather he just wanted to get to the next person as quickly as possible.
When I requested to see another doctor I was told to come back next week.
I will not seek medical advice again.

Most pathetic doctors I’ve ever been too. They never make you feel comfortable, laugh at your questions and wait times are always ridiculous.

The location is very convenient but busy. They will have many clients in any given day. So don't expect high quality health care or super nice treatment from the receptionist. I have been there once and I met Dr. James who was nice and tried to help. But you can feel that they are very busy and want to go to the next patient as soon as possible.
It's like drive through medical centre.

Oh by the way Dr. Manal is terrible!

“Dr” Gurusamy Langainarayanan, PATHETIC. You go in with a problem to have him shake his head and laugh at you saying “you’re not the only one who gets this you’re fine”, looking at you laughing. To which I tell him no this is not fine and he says yes thankyou that’ll be all. Absolute rubbish, you’re a doctor, learn to care and listen to your patients.

I did my Iron test with Dr Hanna and saw another doctor when I went to take my results but the doctor insisted that I should see Dr hanna because she wanted to discuss my results. I booked an appointment with Dr hanna, she did not even care, no advice, no nothing. I expected her to advice what kind of food I should eat or which iron supplements I should be taking since she wanted to discuss my results but no. I’m never going to see her again, she is so rude and arrogant.

I've called Plenty Valley Medical Centre our family Dr for 6 years.

We moved away from South Morang in about 3 years ago. Although we have tried to find a GP closer to home, great Drs are just so hard to find.

Would still rather make the 1 hour drive to see either Dr Theo Kyrou or Dr Mark Lun.

The doctors and staff are always friendly and helpful. I often take my 2 year old and have dealt with Rose at reception who always goes out of her way to help. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely pathetic! The women on the desk are inept and rude, blood pressure machine wasn't working! These money making excuses for doctors shouldn't be allowed to pratice!

Asked for a woman doctor. I got Dr Hanaa Ibrahim. As soon as I walked in, She said: you come here after 11 years?
I said: well I have been going to the mercy hospital for my woman needs and I thought with my age I should find a local doctor and came here.
She rolled her eyes and mouth and said not a good start. I said what? Why is there a problem? She said NO I am just saying.
She refused to test me for my symptom. Made me have a urine sample which she didn't check before sending it to lab where she should have. Never went back and Will not.
Very rude, judgemental, arrogant doctor.

I am a huge fan of Dr Theo Kryou. I have always found him to be friendly and considerate. I was having trouble sleeping once and asked him for some medication to help. He was very wary of prescribing medication that might, in the short term address my immediate problem, but in the long term create another. He suggested an alternative which did help. I respect how seriously he takes his responsibilities as a doctor, and encourage Mr. Luke Thorney to reconsider his assessment of Dr Theo's competency.

He's also the only. ONLY, punctual GP I have ever known. I am embarrassed to admin that I was late to an appointment with him once, which I regret because he is the only doctor that I know that will call you in at the scheduled time. Most GPs that I have dealt with have no problem making you wait for half an hour when they have overloaded their schedule.

The receptionist is a lazy ignorant and rude. I read the review before and tried to ignore the bad reviews. But Speaking from my own experience that convinced me, this medical centre has poor customer service. Will never recommended this place to anyone

The other day, I had acute lower back pain and barely could walk. The clinic where I normally go to visit my GP was closed so I went to this clinic, which was the nearest one.
The receptionist was not rude, and tried to help. However, she told me that the doctor only accepts those who have made an appointment. I explained my emergency situation and severe pain to her and she transferred it to the doctor. However, the doctor didn't care even though there was only 1 patient in the clinic. They even didn't have any sign saying that they just accept patients via appointments. With all that pain, i had to find another clinic.

I booked an appointment for my son to se Dr Seyfi who has history working in paediatrics. I was referred by a friend to this clinic recently and not wanting to travel the distance to see my nromal gp I thought I would give this clinic a go. I was very happy with the service, receptionists were fantastic with a lovely smile and very friendly. Dr Seyfi was wonderful. He gave my son a thorough look over and I felt he wasnt rushing me out the door or making me feel silly because it was just a viral sickness. He made sure he was giving my son the best care with his time. I will defiantly be returning again.

Will never go back and I do not recommend this PIG.

Saw Doctor Theo Kyrou, who was rude and condescending, spoke down to me, belittled me and refused to take me on as a patient due to a medication I have been prescribed by another GP- for anxiety.

He then went on to tell me he will not prescribe that medication and would not prescribe things such as morphine. I went in as I needed antibiotics after a tooth extraction and was looking for a new doctor for myself, my wife and my son, as our family doctor of 30 years has retired.

I am not sure as to why he felt it necessary to belittle me for the medication I take, and therefore tell me he would not prescribe things such as morphine, that I do not take nor require, and nor did I ask for it.

I think it is disgusting that this so called Doctor has made an assumption and passed judgement on me without even reviewing my full medical history.

This whole experience and the way the doctor treated me is completely unacceptable, I was made to feel like a common Junkie, and that I am not!
