Receptionist was very friendly however Dr. Manal although she checked me properly but she was very arrogant, very rude and dismissed me for another appointment before i completed my request as if I was taking her service for free. At the end she stated she's sorry can't do anything, didnt prescribe me any medication nor wrote any referral. She also thrown my urine sample in rubbish although i requested blood and urine test but she refused to cooperate. Worst doctor i have bern to in 7 years

I left the practice crying and lost

I left to another doctor who made me urine sample, blood sample and referred me to ultrasound and told me my urine sample is not clear although she said it was ok.

I felt she just dismissed me and didn't do her job with compassion towards her patient. It's not only medical mistake but also no care for a patient in pain

Dr Manal is so good, she really cares for her patients. I go there for myself and my family and she has been taking care of our health for almost 2 years. She always gives us the time needed and never rush anything. She is one of the best doctors.

Place has been good to me for many years until my doctor Mark Lun got sick and I was booked in to see Theo Kyrou
This guy literally just belittles you even when he has no idea what he’s talking about, tells me it’s something that the hospital has said it can’t be and then asks me why I’m annoyed
Everyone beware mega ego problem

Disappointed that Dr Theo Kyrou ignored my concern about an unusual and sudden growth of a lump on my partner's back. Took weeks for it be diagnosed and by then it was stage 4 cancer. Dr Theo needs to take people's concerns seriously.

The doctors are excellent and the receptionists caring and helpful. Professional, will follow up thoroughly and know what they are on about. Highly recommended

I really like some of the Dr's here, Dr McKenzie and Dr Souad are just very lovely caring Dr's. Last year i couldn't get into see them, so i tried the neweat Dr at that time, Dr Vines.i was having a bit of trouble with menopause and i was told off basically for seeing a male dr for menopause symptoms and comments like, here's the script, your done, bye.ugh, bedside manner is not good. I was in tears wheni reached reception and the receptionists at this clinic are really lovely, very caring ladies, i would never see that Dr again.

The 3 stars are for a couple of the receptionists & Dr. Theo. We've been attending this clinic for a while, so we've seen a variety of the Doctor's there. As an adult, the only 2 Doctor's I'd see are Dr. 's Theo & Massouh, but if I took my daughter there & these 2 weren't available, I'd take her to Dr. Lun as a last resort. Dr. Lun has been good with my kids, but completely dismissive of any input I have to give. It's like the parent/guardian just has to sit in the cnr and not speak unless their spoken too. On another consult with him, I'd already learnt to 'sit in the cnr & stay quiet', which is what I was doing. I finally received a text that we were waiting on from a family member & my daughter noticed me reading it & asked if it was the one we were expecting. Dr Lun then had the audacity to tell her to 'ignore me' & told me off for 'having a mobile phn switched on in his consult room'! As far as (Dr.) Hanna is concerned, don't even get me started, I seriously don't know how/why she's still there as she is no Doctor - she is simply just a rude cow!

The customer service from reception staff was good but my experience with Dr M. Saka was not the best as any of my medical requests were fulfilled during my appointment.

Have never posted reviews on anything before but felt I needed to. I have been seeing Dr McKenzie for about 1 year now, and having had the worst possible medical year of my life, Dr McKenzie has been empathetic, understanding and caring. He is a professional and highly knowledgeable GP. I spent 5 nights in hospital and then returned via ambulance 1 day after discharge following a fairly major operation I was in severe pain, 2 days later visited Dr McKenzie, who treated me, I've woken up this morning, after 8hrs sleep and problem addressed. It was a simple solution in hindsight but just took someone to listen and understand.
Thank you Dr McKenzie and staff at Plenty Valley Medical Center.

I have never written a negative review in my life as I am usually easygoing when it comes to stuff like this, but my experience with Dr Theo Kyrou was so bad that I feel like I have to.

From the moment I walked in I was berated, being told “you know I can’t help you right!? , you need to see a specialist”, to which I replied “Sorry, I wasn’t aware of the process”, after that he began to become dismissive of my condition, telling me that its very surprising someone so young could have it, implying that I was more or less making it up, he even mentioned how a close friend of his has a more severe case in a patronising way to make me feel guilty about it, after all this I had to bite my tongue and stop myself from getting into an argument with him. After a tense few minutes i was able to get a referral to a specialist.

The irony of this is that I specifically booked to see Dr Kyrou because of the glowing reviews of him, I will not be attending these doctors again.

I had appointment with dr. Hanna. Anger person, no respect to patients at all. She said to me, its public holiday. Only emergency patients to come. Not you. Blah blah blah. Repeated 3-4times. I feel sick, that why i came there. If i really in emergency situation, i would go emergency hospital. Unprofessional person. Now i saw other reviews, ppl give dr.hanna 1star. Well.for me zero star for her. She SHOULDNT be a doctor.

Dr Ross Wines. I am gobsmacked by his attitude. I would have been better off seeing the pharmacist next door. I was having consistent headaches with other symptoms and he told me to take Nuromol. When I asked what could be causing them, he said, I don't know. I was only there for about 2 minutes so I asked him to check a small lump on my leg and he flat out said "NO" and told me to make another appointment for that. Well I definitely will NOT be making another appointment. Useless.

Ross Wines was absolutely awful. Terrible communication, indifferent and dismissive, and instantly got defensive when I pointed out he made a mistake in my address, started blaming that I wrote it wrong on the form, which the receptionist showed it wasn't, then claimed I wrote it wrong on the online booking form. Considering that's automatically filled out for me by my smartphone, fat chance I wrote anything wrong. If he's willing to be so aggressive about a typo, can't imagine what else he'd deny.

We went to see dr Hanna for vaccine injection. She told us that it was not her job to give vaccine. It is the nurse's job to give vaccine so next time don't book when there is no nurse around on weekends.so surprised that how do we know that doctor does not give injection. She even told us 3 to 4 times about this. So annoying. I was about to cancel my appointment as there are other doctors available at other clinic. We have gone to another 2 doctors at the same clinic recently and they happily did the vaccine themselves.dr Theo and mark lun were two of the best at this clinic. I believe this clinic should employ professional doctors otherwise it will make future patients think twice to come again.

Took my daughter to see Dr Hanna, as our doctor was unavailable, this is the second time we have seen her and never again. She asked me what I thought was wrong? If I knew that I wouldn't be coming to the doctors. She then asked my 15 year old daughter if she wanted some anti inflammatory tablets? What sort of a doctor does this. Sent us to have xrays when she was told that it wasn't bone pain. What a useless doctor.

I recently attended this clinic and as usual very pleased with the great service by all the receptionists at the front desk all with a welcoming smile and always helpful. The new and improved clinic is very nice and has easy and ample parking. I was also pleasantly surprised Chemist Warehouse has now opened right next door. I have seen most of the doctors at this clinic and all have been professional and helpful with any of my health concerns.
Keep up the great service.

What an age we live in. First thing anyone does when not feeling well is take panadol, then we seek treatment from a doctor if things haven't improved. All you'll get with these doctors, even if they diagnose you or your child with a virus, is go home and take panadol. Pathetic.

I came in with chromic stomach pains, nausea Which was clearly in need of medical attention, scans etc.but I was palmed off and given a prescription for acid reflux, that also gave me headaches and diarrhea! Obviously I went back and was palmed off again with a different prescription.

I was made to feel like my symptoms were all in my head and nothing serious by the way the doctor acted.

After getting up the courage to go get my symptoms checked at a different clinic, I was rushed straight to an ultrasound and discovered I had gallstones and now have to get my whole gallbladder removed!

Do not go to this doctor, all they will do is give you prescriptions and miss diagnose you. It’s dangerous!
