Awesome shop, most tidy and well presented. The shop is brightly lit making it very inviting to go in. Customer service is excellent here as they were happy to answer questions that I had about the product.

It was my first time coming in this shop and was surprised. They did a price match with other shops which was fantastic as it saved me running around. They take credit card too.

Robert and Daniel, and of course the rest of the team are the absolute best for any computer needs, had a slight issue with a product and got it exchanged no worries!

Excellent customer service, very friendly and prices are reasonable.

Just took my computer (bought from ple) in to get multiple expensive parts fixed. They were super friendly, understood all of the vague things I told them and had a complete understanding of the problems. They also didn't charge (under warranty) or even try to. Absolute legends of people, absolute legends of computer experts. 10/10 I don't care how far away I live, I will continue to support PLE, will also be sending my best mate looking for a $4000 gaming rig there too.

Good prices and amazing customer support. I received an incorrect cable with my order, Michael jumped on the reply email really quickly and sorted the whole thing.
I'll be ordering my next lot of upgrade parts from these guys.

Friendly staff. They have some monitors on demo, I wanted to see HDR action on one of the monitors but they dont have any games!

Excellent experience with Robert and Daniel we were really patient and friendly. I had a minor issue with my BenQ monitor (which definitely is not their fault) and they got it changed after testing. Highly recommended!

Roberts a legend, nothings ever a problem, happy to change orders return/refunds never a problem. At PCCG, no one there is actually smart enough to make decisions, they make you amend your own order if there is a return on aorder or any slight change. PCCG take note, when i return ANYTHING all the BS you make us fill out, is your problem, not ours! Weldone PLE you have business, thanks to Robert and the crew.

Ordered computer parts online but made an error with the RAM, was contacted by Robert who told me of the mistake before the order was shipped and helped me to choose the compatible RAM for he parts I had. Great Service will be going here again and recommending them to everyone
