Wez on the front desk is the perfect person to discuss anything computer related. He was very polite, patient and knowledgeable.

I didn’t feel like he was attempting to push any specific product and his main focus was getting the correct product/part that i needed and wanted. He happily answered all my questions.

Purchased an Asus PG27AQDM monitor from these guys a couple of months ago, unfortunately the monitor despite being brand new had several scratches on the ROG chin at the bottom of the monitor. Returned the monitor to PLE Heatherton store where Lewis was more than helpful with the return, I kept the monitor whilst PLE sourced a new monitor for me (these are hard to find) once a new monitor was sourced (about 6 weeks later) I picked up the new one and exchanged it without any issues, needless to say whilst this was not PLE's fault they did the right thing by me as a customer, highly recommended and will 100% buy from them again in the future.

I needed thermal paste, and PLE is open on a Sunday, so they literally saved my weekend Friendly staff, easy to find, onsite parking and very competitive pricing.

Service was very good, Dani quickly found what I needed, but price was a little bit more than I thought it would be.

Website barely works. Attempted to checkout multiple times, even got so far to put my card details and submit order, but then it clears the cart and tells me off for having an empty cart

Went to PLE yesterday to pick up a 8000$ dollar 4090 gaming PC the boys in store were fast and efficient and the build was extremely clean bit of a trip as I live on the other side of town and haven’t had a chance to run the pc yet but all in all clean store and great group of guys

Not to mention the manager has a very clean CBR

Don't buy anything, they say there's stock and ETA delivery before Christmas, only after asking when dispatch ETA would be do they tell me it's not even in stock. Absolute waste of time.

No customer service, if you order from PLE best to pray they get your order correct because there is no after sale customer service

Purchased 4 thousand dollar computer brand new and the lighting fan is faulty did they give me a second hand computer? Not happy will be calling them tomorrow.

This company is a scam. Any promotional orders will be canceled after payment due to "supply issues" then jack up $50-$100 to sell.

VERY disappointed and angry, got stung with a $20 charge for returning an item I didn't even use less than a week after purchase. This is not even mentioned on their invoices and when I purchased I was told I can return it within 14 days (no mention of fee)

I bought an AudioEngine S8 from PLE. They were very flexible in accommodating my needs and I received the product extremely promptly. They also offered competitive prices. An outstanding customer experience. Thank you.

I pre ordered a graphics card, waited over a year. Every step of the way I had to request updates and deal with rude staff who ensured me my pre-order would be fulfilled. After >1 year of waiting, I received an email stating they could provide me a LHR graphics card within a month, as they would not be receiving any more of the card I ordered (non-LHR).

Overall, I had a pretty bad experience with PLE. They’ve been short and given poor customer service, obviously took on more pre-orders that was realistic (and of course took payment up front) before knowing if they could fulfil the order.

I also ordered a motherboard from them which was a RMA and have already had to fight with them to replace it, after insisting after 14 days of sale they can’t refund or replace the item. Pathetic. Still waiting and sure I won’t be updated once again.

My recommendation - avoid.

Been there a few times now and it's always great service. Really solid range too, don't be fooled and think they've only got what's out front.

I’m giving one star due to them selling a brand of defective products. EK water blocks makes AIO water coolers with very high mounting pressures which crushes the cpu socket. Buyer beware don’t buy them.

Fantastic service. I got my pc in 4 days delivered to country Victoria, with constant and speedy replies to all of my emails. I'm really impressed with the way they conduct business! And my son was wrapped with the extra things that came with his pc. Thank you so much PLE. ️
