Ordered for Air Express delivery to SA. It was sent WA to VIC by road and then Air express to SA.
If you need it fast, don't bother going through PLE.

I didn't know this place existed, but it's good and the website it's very informative, I will go here from now on.

Honestly I think PLE has some of the best customer service I've ever witnessed in a company before. They get back to you fast on emails and are very friendly. Package also came much earlier than expected. Great experience, definitely will shop again.

I did like that they strictly enforced the Covid certificate, but it probably should be a condition of entry to the store, instead of being checked when you are ordering a part. Nonetheless it's far better than what most stores are doing.

Other than that, quick service and no fuss. Don't have to give a heap of personal details being a first customer, am definitely going to come here again.

Just wished their foyer was a little less cramped, it's important in the Covid times.

I ordered my custom PC online, which was assembled by the team at Dandenong. I received excellent customer service throughout the entire process, with the team providing regular updates and being very accommodating with making changes to my order. I regret purchasing with them. Website says items are in stock when they are not. They offer a better price than elsewhere but then the item has to be back ordered with no ETA. Could be called false advertising really.

Absolutely fantastic experience ordering through PLE! PLE offered the cheapest prices for most of the parts for my new build, and I was able to have them price match the remaining things I needed, so I was able to do a full order through them and save a bit on shipping, as well as not having to manage the safe delivery of so many things. Thanks to Calvin at the distribution center for being endlessly patient, accommodating, and answering all my questions. Will definitely order through you guys again, and will be recommending you to friends.

Brought a 6700xt off these guys and was faulty. Contacted them and organised it to get send back no issuse. They had a look at the issuse and gave me a full refund. I then brought another card off them. They are easy to deal with. Only problem i had which isn't there fault postage is very very slow.

Unfortunately had to verify my purchase with them despite multiple orders from them. This led to a delay in order processing and subsequent delivery. Would recommend not paying with debit card unless you are glued to your emails or want to wait an extra day.

Generally have a wide range of stock with majority being high quality.

Warranty process is easiest I've experienced.

As an IT professional myself, this is generally the first place i check.

Posting with regard to PLE online - these guys are the absolute best in Australia on price and transparency!

Regarding their launches, I don't think I have seen a company with so much information about stock, prices and updates.

Absolute kudos to these guys.

Extremely poor refund and return policy, the worst business that I have ever dealt with would not recommend this business.

Great value for the components I selected, I did ample research on the parts of my PC and how I thought it would look, and PLE Computers just got everything right about the build process, cable managment, fan orientation etc. Temperatures of the PC are great (23C average idle temperature and the maximum temperature under load I’ve seen has been 76C). The PC just looks great in general. The only complaint I have is the wait time, but in the midst of covid and all the crazy things going on in the world, I think it was absolutely worth the wait and I’m not bothered at all. The customer service was great, reported a problem with the PLE website not letting me switch out my card and told them the model of the card I wanted to swap to, they immediately switched my card out for me and started building on the same day. The fact that PLE didn’t wait a few more days to do so really says a lot about how much they actually care about delivering the products to customers.
Buy from PLE, they are a really good option for buying PC’s and PC components. And they are cheaper than almost any other site I’ve seen.

Bought a EVGA 3090 FTW3 Ultra from these guys, it failed after 6 months so I did an RMA and got refunded a few days after shipping it back via ple's return label.

I then used that to get an asus 3090 rog strix gaming oc - white edition which they price matched for me, it's been doing rather well so far. I then ordered a Razer Deathvader V2 wired mouse, a Lian-Li case and 3 monitor stand which are all working great although the monitor stand causes the centre monitor to nod downwards which I'm trying to fix, ple already has a return label ready for me in case I can't get it to work as it should.ple.com.au will take care of you:)
