Chook parma meal was dissapointing. Food cold when i finally got it. Usually it pretty gd meal, previously.

Sometimes very crowded, good during the day, great staff but sometimes under staffed they all work very hard dealing with the public.

Unwanted travelers
the whole weekend was a debarkle.
45 min to book in most of this being ignored.trying to attract attention then given an unsuitable room having to swap keys with another party double booked. The room itself was pleasant and clean but attention to detail was non existent.two cups one plate one spoon one bowl pricing on website didn't give two person price, paint drips all over bathroom when we moved rooms eventually to the one we were booked into originally the luggage was removed and spent all day in the hall, no lights in the bathroom as the fitting was broken, cobwebs no bedside lamps and day managers not having authority to fix things and blaming staff for shortfalls. What are managers for but to check work is being done correctly. It could have been such a wonderful weekend. True they gave us a refund for one night thankyou but with a little bit of care and interest this would be a really nice place to stay STAR RATING ONE IF I HAVE TO

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was reasonably priced, didn't take too long and the meals were decently sized.

Good eatery with tasty food.good fast friendly service by the staff. Ample space inside too. Well maintained wash room.

Super dry chicken parmigana. Don't order the french parma because it seems to come without sauce, only cheese and toppings.

Nice roomy Bistro, friendly/cheerful staff.
Food OK, nothing special, but good Pub food. Very convenient location as well.

Feeling like a pub steak I met a friend for lunch (14 June). Rare scotch fillet with garlic butter: worst steak I've had in five years, and the chips were barely warm.too disappointed to be able to say anything to the "how were your meals? ". Never again!

Joshua is a warm convivial host and will accommodate your every need personally or though his kind smiling staff. Well done.

Lovely pub food was really nice french parmigiana was delicious big serve as was porter house steak and caesar salad. Lots of parking available Worth a visit.

Didnt really expect fish and chips as i only go to the shops near the ports. But it was really good. Generous portion, fresh fish, vegies and decent sauce and so on. My company ordered a beef burger and he also liked his meal.

Best Parmas ever, friendly staff, great range of beers and wines, lovely atmosphere. We ALWAYS visit here when in Wangaratta.

My husband and I came here for dinner and the footy! The staff were all really friendly and accommodating. We ordered two of the parmas, the Spanish and the American! They were both really good! We would highly recommend to anyone in town.

Amazing food, quick service and kitchen staff act as a team to help dining staff when busy. Full table service was great to see.

I'm not really one to leave reviews but after having lunch at the Pinsent yesterday, my friend and I were absolutely blown away by the service and wanted to say thank you so much. No word of a lie, I struggled to believe it was real to have such positive and energetic customer service! Felt very foreign for us! Every single staff member was so unbelievably friendly, bubbly and happy to be there. We felt so welcome here, great people and the food was also amazing. Will be visiting here again on our next trip!:)

Walked in and asked if I could see a menu. Woman on door asked why. I said I am a coeliac and need to see what options I have. She replied "so".
I turned and walked out, how could you trust a place that treats potential customers like that.

Very accommodating staff. Very friendly waiters. Atmosphere was pleasant. Service was slow due to the rush. Food was pretty average - some of the seafood options were great.

Very well priced meals, generous servings and food is nicely presented - and very nice. Venue is clean Nd well maintained. Good wine and beer selection. Separate gaming area.
