66Spilled hot Koay teow tng on my clothes, got mixed up with fillet and fish head beehoon. No compensation on my spilled dirty clothes. Never going there again. Pfft!

Best Char Kway Teow and stir-fried glass noodles I've tasted in Melbourne. Will travel from Point Cook just to have it.it's that good! Cheap and Good! Just the way I like it!
Enjoyed the char koay teow and wah tan hor. Decent prices. Ventilation could be better. Ended up smelling of fried food.
This place is not only one of the best, it is the best place for Malaysian food in Melbourne. All their dishes are pretty impressive. This is now my benchmark for when someone says good Malaysian food, I will now compare them with Penang Flavours.
This is an old school Malaysian restaurant where you can see the open kitchen with chef frying dish on hot wok. The food is honest and you can expect to taste all the Malay classical dishes here. The fish head noodle soup is creamy and delicious. On top of that, the service staff is friendly and the price is very reasonable.
