I arrived at Pack & Send in desperation after struggling with confusing websites and non existent customer service from a well known courier company. James provided excellent advice on packing options, tracking and delivery schedule. The parcel I sent internationally arrived in a couple of days and the both the recipient and I were extremely happy. James provides a very professional service.

My item was collected by James and his crew at Geelong Pack & Send. I had previously used Hobart Pack & Send, so James was under a bit of pressure from me as he had a high standard to live up too.
He certainly did not disappoint.
My precious item was collected, packed securely and arrived to me, all without breakage. Alway an extremely anxious process, especially when glass is involved - as the glass on my antique is no longer produced and couldn’t not be replaced. My anxiousness was unfounded in the end!
I would definitely recommend James at Geelong Pack & Send for your precious antiques.

I needed an urgent parcel to be sent to South Africa as the South African postal service was on strike and Aus Post were not accepting parcels to South Africa. I handed in my parcel on Monday morning and it was delivered in South Africa on Wednesday afternoon. This exceeded my expectations and I would use Pack and Send Geelong again.

Had a package that I needed delivered overseas immediately, staff at their store were great and knew exactly what needed to be done, and as an added bonus the package got there ahead of schedule. Outstanding service.
