Having had a disastrous experience with a courier company, I have been absolutely delighted with Pack & Send. I had a direct line to the person actually organising the job, he was very helpful and clear in his communication about everything, I received a call from the driver on his way to the pick-up in VIC, the items were given extra wrapping where needed and after that they arrived at their destination in NSW the following day. I will definitely use this company again.

The advice that I received from James today (18-10-21) was above and beyond any that I have ever received from any business. James with research, lost business by questioning the London gallery where art was to be sent. He's saved me a lot of money, but lost business in the process. Thank you!

Needed an expensive bike sent from Geelong to Brisbane and James@ Pack & Send Geelong made this happen! Couldn’t have found a better bloke to do this, was professional, informative and very easy to talk with. The bike arrived safe and without any issues. Really happy with the service. I had a very time sensitive job, sending an artwork in a glass frame up to Sydney. James organised a quick and safe delivery and let me know personally when it arrived.

I needed a large 4x4 bullbar moved from NSW to Victoria and Pack and Send Geelong came through with the goods! James and Abdul at the store made it happen and unbelievably picked up on the Monday NSW and delivered Tuesday in Vic. They contacted the seller in NSW for me with clear directions to have the item ready for collection. The guys made this happen under covid restrictions which is a real credit to them under such harsh conditions to operate. Couldn't be happier with the service and the price I received, will be using their services again.

James was honest and helpful, gave me a quote over the phone and offered to drive my package along with another so it would go out tonight! I arrived and he weighed it only for me to discover I’d be able to take it as extra baggage on my flight. He taped it back up for me- no charge and no hard feelings. To whom it may concern,
We used Pack & Send Geelong to ship an office table to WA. It arrived in perfect condition, with all parts carefully wrapped and undamaged. While it 'might' have been possible to find a cheaper option, the item would have been worthless if it was damaged or parts went missing.
Thanks heaps to James for his professionalism and care. I would recommend them.

A reasonable quote given the size of the parcel. Parcel travelled 1600km and delivered 1 day ahead of schedule! What better service!

Fantastic service and perfect packing! James and co did an absolutely wonderful job of packing some delicate glassware, with regular communication along the way showing genuine care for what they do.

James went to a lot of trouble to make a special MDF cover for some artwork sent interstate.
The paintings were collected within 10 minutes of the collection time he gave and were delivered within 4 working days.
I would definitely recommend Geelong Pack and Send.
