Wow what can I say. The customer service was amazing. I thought perhaps as the price was cheapest the service might have compensated for it. How wrong was I. My parcel was dropped off Tuesday afternoon and it arrived in Mildura to the door on Wednesday afternoon. I was not expecting that kind of turn around considering floods etc. Great work team Pack and Send. Will be the first port of call in future. Oh forgot to mention I received a call to say the parcel was dropped off! AAA CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS

I am very impressed with service I received with sending parcel from Melbourne to Perth. They new it as for special occasion and they put their whole effort into it arriving on time and it did. Thank you so much once again.

I used them in the past for local packages - very good. But when I had them send a suitcase to me in Europe they forgot to give DHL, whom they used, the key, - so the suitcase arrived broken. In addition the guaranteed 3 day delivery time was stretched out to over 6 weeks - no explanation there.
As I was still actually waiting for the bag on the 6th week I asked about the refund they guaranteed if the package is late [ about $AUD900 I paid ] as it was late; there response was "no worries" we'll refund you and ship the bag back to Australia.

I was caught extremely short when another company cancelled on me at 4.15pm on a Friday afternoon on the 14th January 2022. I was moving to NSW the following day. We rang Pack and Send Geelong and they offered me service straight away if I could get the 6 boxes to Breakwater on the Saturday morning, which I did. I had packed everything too heavily and it needed to be repacked. Abdul and James were amazing. They repacked everything so safely and securely. Because of covid, it took a little longer to reach my destination however, they kept me informed all the way. This company went well above and beyond to ensure that my belongings reached me in excellent order and within a great timeframe. I cannot recommend them more highly. Abdul and James, keep up the excellent service.

Direct honest quotes; excellent follow through with accurate tracking, magnificent delivery, with delivery person, going to extra lengths to take our boxes right to front door, and double checked with me, prior to leaving articles at my home. All of them, very good

We have used Pack & Send Geelong to send a parcel to my son's family in Manila for the last few years, this December 2021, packed Thursday and delivered Tuesday. The team trimmed the packing to reduce weight, were clear with the paper work. Very pleased with service and delivery time.

Had urgent delivery to Ireland (birthday presents) got quote over phone competitive price, dropped package off at Geelong depot, all details and paperwork clearly explained, package delivered earlier than expected, very happy with outcome, then follow up call (had told them how important it was to get package there on time) highly recommend this company, couldn't be happier. I was honestly blown away with the service here especially less than a week out from Christmas. Incredibly reasonable price to have something delivered less than 24hrs from dropping it off at their warehouse. Extremely helpful staff, quick to respond to my initial enquiry and accommodating to my individual requirements.
