I tried to book a courier service to move a few boxes multiple times and they advised me it was too early and they will get back to me by email when it’s closer. I had sent 3 follow up emails never heard back had to go with another company.

Worst experience - paid extra after they assured me they only use the best trusted couriers. Sent new smeg bar fab5 fridge (Tiny) Came in StarTrack truck not secured able to slide side to side. Smashed the fridge - bent the frame. First quote covered everything. After item delivered to them directly I pay over phone got an invoice with no insurance (first quote did have insurance). No one told me at any point they give zero insurance if they don’t pack the item themselves. That’s what you get for trusting these guys. Go else where. Not worth it when they don’t care after you pay.

(Check out the reply.not one part of that addresses facts. So it’s ok for a large item with fragile stickers around it to not be strapped down in a truck? Care my a$$… I didn’t read that part in the provided doco.maybe I missed the part it’s says we provide a wild ride for all fragile items enjoy)
