Very happy I moved to Optus. Melyce at Optus has gone over and beyond to provide the most excellent customer service as well as assist with any questions. Thanks.

New phone S9 Samsung got it Friday and only started to be able to use it this afternoon. So no phone all weekend and until this afternoon

After having issues with out home internet over the last few days and getting nowhere with the online chat and also the call centre, I went in to see Zach at Optus level 2 at fountain gate, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! He was extremely professional, more than helpful and went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue. Highly recommend him, Exceptional service!

I had a lovely young girl called Maria serve me. Maria’s customer service is amazing, she was very informative and did everything she can to help me! Very very satisfied

Very bad, staff got no experience, when they not sure they just lie. My plan has cancel, cannot make phone call now.

Alroy was a very informative and friendly person. We felt welcome and we will definitely go there with our phone needs.

Been working out in the south-east. Needed advice several times for mobile phone issues. Don't normally give reviews but Assistant Store Manager Zach Bennett is brilliant at his job. Knowledge & Customer service second to none. Optus need to be thankful they have employees of this calibre. Down the track when it comes time to renew my contract I will continue with Optus because of the good old fashion customer service he displayed.

These 2 stores are the only ones ive found that wont accept payment for bills. After waiting for ages told to go pay it at the post office. Not happy! Especially as the post office has trouble scanning my bill!

Ages to get service and then staff told me that I would have to go to Apple store for replacement. Apple store said no we don't do that you'll have to go back to Optus, if you don't know the information don't tell the customer what to do

Avoid going to optus in fountain gate if you dont want to wait there all day. Understaff.terrible service

Very average service. Not really helpful at all even though I was there to buy 2 new contracts and one new phone. They couldn't really be bothered.

Props to this store (Z. Bennett) for having the fastest and a easiest custoner service even if I'm technologically illiterate

Worst service i have ever encountered. Atleast connect the phone to a person. Every option lears to a damn link being sent to you and you might as well do the whole thing yourself. I repeat, the worst service on planet earth

Like another user said, you ask for one plan and they secretly put you on another. Appalling service.
